The vineyard Vina Chocalan is located in the Maipo Valley only 35 Km, away from the Pacific Ocean.The vines are between 180 m and 380 m above the sea level, on a topography molded by the Coastal Cordillera which, in this area, reaches maximum heights of 250 m where part of the vines are exposed to the influences of the sea breezes and to the proximity of to the Maipo river.As is common in the area, the hills and ravines have a typical flora of a coastal area, where thorn trees, soapbarks and false pepper trees are abundant.
