Visitors can hike along this 800-year-old trail that consists of a great earth bank that runs approximately 176 miles along the border of England and Wales.
Wonderful walk from Chepstow to Knighton, beautiful countryside and lovely places to stay. You are literally walking in the footsteps of history. Can be hard work, but worth the effort.

This is a small community-run museum that has been collecting artefacts over the last ten years and, at last, has somewhere to exhibit them. The displays have been set-up with advice from the local dementia action alliance - KINDA - and include a wonderful kitchen and scullery from 1953. It also has one of the oldest fire appliances in the world on display. 2021 - will open when safe due to Covid-19

We are situated on the Offa's Dyke Path, almost half way between Prestatyn and Chepstow where the path begins and ends. We have an Exhibition with information about King Offa and the Dyke. We also have a coffee shop and gift shop. There is plenty of parking and we are a short walk from the centre of beautiful Knighton town. We are open daily from April to October 10am to 5pm and in the Winter season from November to March we are open daily except Tuesday, from 10am to 4pm. We look forward to welcoming you to our visitor centre soon!
A brilliant display of the history of King Offa and his Dyke. Lots of information about the Dyke and the footpath. Lovely refreshments and cake as well as gifts and books to take home.
