Keepers Lodge Clay Shoot

Reviewed By Juice2017 - Bognor Regis, United Kingdom

My family and I spent the morning with Clive and Rob at the clay shoot. It was excellent fun and I even managed to hit a few which is testament to Clive's teaching as I have a rubbish aim! Great place to go if you want to do something as a group. Also, where you shoot from is semi covered so it doesn't matter if the weather is a bit rubbish! They have great facilities for having refreshments too and we were looked after really well. Thank you so much Clive and Rob and we will see you again soon!

There's so much to see and do in the area. We went cycling in the forest of Dean and canoeing down the River Wye. All booked last minute and the cabin was really cosy to come back to.

As I was parked nearby to visit the castle, I popped in with various questions about the rest of my trip to South Wales. The staff were extremely helpful with leaflets, maps and further advice. Excellent - and to be commended.

The George Chepstow

A friendly pub and hotel in the heart of Chepstow, serving fresh and quality food daily.

Reviewed By VGreedyBoy

I decided to have a breakfast delivered on a Friday morning (I think delivery is Friday to Sunday, collection other days), other meals are available. I had previously wanderers by and popped in for take away coffee and nata which was great, and noticed the other food on offer so promised myself I would try something else in future. The full English breakfast was excellent, plentiful and very good value for money. I had bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, beans, hash browns and toast. I also ordered a coffee and fudge cake and a chocolate cheese cake. The order process was straight forward from a link on their Facebook page and arrived bang on time. I would definitely recommend the George for the food and service and can't wait to try their other meals.
