Chonburi (Thai: ชลบุรี, RTGS: Chon Buri, [tɕ͡ʰōn bū.rīː] ( listen)) is an eastern province (changwat) of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are (from north clockwise) Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, and Rayong. To the west is the Gulf of Thailand. Chonburi is home to Thailand's largest tourist oriented city, Pattaya (also spelled Phatthaya), it is the only province outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Area to connect by an eight-lane motorway to Bangkok, 80 km distant. It is home to Thailand's largest and primary seaport, it has a thriving migrant and expatriate population. Due to these factors, the province's population is growing rapidly, with currently some 1.7 million residents (albeit with a large floating or unregistered population). The registered population as of 31 December 2012 was 1.36 million.

No trip to Pattaya is complete without a visit here. About 20 minutes south of town and just off the main SUKUMVIT Road, this museum is an amazing compilation of Thai and Chinese culture and religion. Almost too much to absorb in one visit.

Amazing and wonderful multimedia exhibition The masterpieces of two great painters - Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet - are presented on large screens in a modern gallery. And you can be shure - you've never seen the same before. A large-scale multimedia show will allow you to feel yourself as if you are inside of the masterpieces of the great masters. More than 40 modern high-definition projectors, big screens up to 6 meters high and stunning music will take you through time to the wonderful world of Vincent Van Gogh. And you can understand who he was - a great master, an insane genius or an unhappy creature doomed to eternal solitary wandering.
A lovely Experience. Extremely well presented. Historically accurate and a wide range of Van Gogh's art work on display. The display covers his life from very early years until his tragic death. Plenty of examples of his work on display and also some additional, very relevant examples from his influential contemporaries. Helpful staff and relaxing atmosphere to enable full absorption of his wonderful work. Most enjoyable!

«Teddy Island» Pattaya or «Teddy Bear Museum» is a museum dedicated to Teddy Bear in Pattaya. Museums dedicated to famous Teddy Bears in the world. We exhibited an interesting composition of the toys, exclusive models and original works.
we booked ticks online at discounted rates.. and took kids(all under 10 years) with minimum adults required to click pics. very adorable setting with soft toys, and cuddly bears everywhere. they have tried to give it a little theme too.. in the end the tree house with its slides was a winner for our kids, they spent a lot of time in free play there. some of its soft toys were a little worn out and not very soft for cuddling.. but thats just me.. kids didnt complain..
