Reviewed By Ladislau PNothing special, just an excellent place to reach on foot or with the bus well known and appreciated locations, i.e. swimming pools, in Baile 1 Mai and/or Baile Felix. The provided services, like rooms,parking and entertainment, are excellent.

Blues House is an aparthotel that has a 31sqm studio and a 55sqm apartment (2 rooms) on the first floor and a 65sqm apartment (3 rooms) on the second floor completely separated, each with a kitchen and private bathroom. A common area of 60sqm is available in the attics, and smoking is allowed here To give our guests the freedom to check in/ check out at any time without physical contact

Si dorme bene

Tantissimi elementi di arredo curati, al piano terra e dotata di una cucina con piano cottura e accessori La stanza molto spaziosa, con mobili belli un balcone grandissimo. Nella stanza era anche frigo, e tv. Camera silenziosa anche se la struttura e vicino a una strada con un intenso traffico auto. Materasso molto comodo, lenzuola pulitissime. · Mancava la carta igienica in bagno, Nella doccia il rubinetto e mezzo rotto, il sali scendi della doccia e con ruggine in alcuni punti inoltre sono sbagliati collegamenti di acqua. Acqua calda e stata posizionata al posto di acqua fredda. Le spine sono male posizionate, c'è una sotto tv e una di fianco al frigo le altre sono coperte da letti e non puoi utilizzarle.

Plain horrible
Reviewed By BravoNZThe place is run down, with furnishings of bad quality and poorly put together and the room was smelling moldy and musty. The bathroom walls are finished with sticky foil with a marble pattern is a feeble attempt to give the place a better look, pipes are running on the floor, shower is leaking on the floor the moment you turn the water on. There are exposed electrical wires, capped pipes inside the room, the power points are coming off the wall exposing the live wires. The bathroom window opens right above the entrance to reception/breakfast area, so everything can be heard both ways if this window is open - also this is a great smoking spot so you will get all the smoke coming in the bathroom and the room. Lights are bare fluorescent battens, not very good looking and definitely not friendly on the eyes. The mattress has seen some better days at the beginning of last century but it's definitely not fit for human use anymore. The private parking is a decommissioned car wash, dirty and grubby. There's some sort of disused bar in the room we had that has a kitchen sink in it - the tap is loose and the whole thing is dirty. Not sure how this place managed the stellar score on booking.com, but our experience was quite the opposite. Did not dare to try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Very bad experience

Only by the time we arrived at this destination, the owner informed us that he had already rented the rooms, due to a system error, to other people. They offered us, instead, an apartment at a much higher price. He spoke in a high tone and clearly dissatisfied that we do not agree with the proposal. In short: don't rely on getting there and giving you what you asked for. The owner was very angry, now he turns the words around and in 2 minutes from our entrance he took us out. "GO out, he said. I have change my mind and I don't talk to you anymore, " he said when we asked for explanations. We were 3 families, among the members there was a very small, hungry baby. Besides, it is not possible to pay with the card and this was also communicated to us at the last minute: "Come with cash if you want to receive accommodation." Very polite, isn't it ? After I wrote the bad review, the owner denied absolutely everything. We have suddenly become liars, who exaggerate the story. We would have been offered much better conditions at the same price, said the owner who denies the whole incident. A BIG NO for this place! Better try something else!

Reviewed By Catalin MPension 1 MAI / BAILE 1 MAI / FELIX is the best in the area, new, very nice, very clean, very big rooms, a quiet are, very good wifi, very good price/quality ratio. Staff are very nice and kind and you will be very very satisfied by chosing this location. Definitely recomend.
