We took the sky rail to Kuranda, checked out the markets and had a little lunch, walked by the river, very pretty and then returned on the Kuranda Rail, met by a bus and back to our car. The Kuranda Rail really is a Not to be missed experience, fabulous view, wonderful historic commentary and a great experience by the spectacular views and waterfalls.

These rock stacks are along Captain Cook highway on the way to Port Douglas. If your going to visit the Great Barrier Reefs this will be along the highway, well worth a stop and a few pictures, beautiful.
