The Arkansas River Bicycle Trail System is roughly 100 miles of bike paths stretching from downtown Little Rock in the River Market all the way out to Pinnacle Mountain. The bike trail begins in the Little Rock River Market and extends on both sides of the Arkansas River, crossing three pedestrian only bike bridges, including the magnificent Clinton Presidential Bike Bridge in the easternmost River Market district, Two Rivers Park bridge on the westernmost portion of the trail, and the World-Famous Big Dam Bridge which is the world's largest ped-only bike bridge spanning over the entire Arkansas River Dam. Bring your bike and enjoy both sides of the Arkansas River as you ride from downtown Little Rock through scenic Burns Park over the Big Dam Bridge and Two Rivers Park bridges extending all the way out to Pinnacle Mountain (Arkansas' most popular state park). Bike Rentals are provided in the downtown Little Rock River Market.Whether you walk, skate, or prefer to bicycle the miles of Riverfront beauty, you won't be disappointed. The entire Arkansas River Bike Trail system is paved and no motorized vehicles are allowed (including cars, trucks, and segways).
This is very inspirational walk along the Arkansas River...found out that the river walk was inspired by the river walk in Portland OR...

The Little Rock Zoo inspires people to value and conserve our natural world. With more than 500 animals representing 200 different species, many of which are endangered, the Little Rock Zoo is the only zoo in the state of Arkansas accredited by the prestigious Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). The Zoo features noted habitats such as the Laura P. Nichols Penguin Pointe exhibit with underwater viewing of African Penguins as well as the Arkansas Heritage Farm with heritage breed animals that can be fed and touched. The Zoo's beautiful Cafe Africa looks like a stone style African lodge and features great food for any pallet. The Zoo's Conservation Education Center is always hosting interesting programs inside the park including shows on the amphitheater stage, animal meet-n-greets throughout the park and other fun activities. Check-out the Zoo website for a full listing of upcoming activities and events!

I can only speak to the driving range as that's all we used. We recently introduced our children to golf and try to take them to driving ranges on our road trips. We each had a bucket of balls and enjoyed our hour there. The grass was closed; I assume after the winter storm. We hit from the turf which worked just fine. We also enjoyed the putting green which was large and hilly. Overall, we were happy we went to the driving range here.
