A good variation of beers with a rotation of guest beers, well kept and presented, and at a reasonable price. Other drinks obviously available but we only drink beer. A comfortable little pub, very well kept, and with a touch of history showing some of Goole's shipping heritage. We would recommend to family and friends. Handy for the railway station and a bus service.

A wonderful little Pub located in the Market Town of Snaith, with a secluded Beer Garden and a B&B. A prime location for those who are travelling around the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Yorkshire Counties. Close to Selby and Goole. This little Pub offers a range of Cask Ales, Lagers and Ciders with an accompaniment of Food. We have recently started to serve a variety of Main Meals, Light Lunches, Baguettes and Desserts Monday to Sunday. Our B&B has Four spacious Rooms one of which is en-suite. We offer a shared Kitchenette which comprises of a Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Rooms are available at £25 per person per night.
Couldn’t ask for better when I’m working away on my own. Christine was inviting and made sure that even though I went up to my room and slept for a while she had a meal ready for me. I’ve never experienced that type is service in the 1000’s of hotels I’ve stayed in. She literally had a meal sorted for me after the kitchen closed because she was that inviting when I checked in that she knew I would prob not be back down immediately after work. Come to this place. Christine is Sound as F&£k.

These days ,this is the only pub we go to as it has great beer and is very cosy and friendly. It is very small and you are made to feel so welcome,it's just like meeting a bunch of friends for a drink and chat. Special mention to Dan ( the owners son) and excellent host. Just wish we lived in Howden,
