Piedra del Molino

Reviewed By MaureenAlaska - Darwin, Australia

I was on a small tour from Salta to Cachi with a group of international tourists. We were so in awe of our wonderful driver who drove very cautiously on the narrow, dusty winding roads navigating the hairpin bends. Around every corner the views were so spectacular. Until we stopped at the peak, we did not realise how many bends we had driven and the steepness of the mountain side. Oh, what an amazing view. Near the peak is a cute little chapel named San Rafael. If you are in the Salta area, take the time to do the drive to Cachi, well worth it.
