A great place with great food!
Reviewed By 874elaineyI was at this hotel for 4 nights in February. The staff are very courteous and friendly, but most only speak Spanish. It was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful large shower. Beautiful sitting areas and plants in the courtyard of the hotel. The coffee was WONDERFUL!

Reviewed By MariaR13199Lo único que me gustó de este hotel fue la ubicación, está a pocos pasos de la plaza principal. La habitación es muy básica y más bien por dentro parece un motel de carretera. La colcha de flores de la cama es rígida y seguro tiene muchos años. El colchón de la cama es muy duro, casi no pudimos dormir, sentías los resortes en tu espalda. En el baño te ponen un jabón muy pequeño y una toalla pequeña aunque haya dos personas. El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido insoportable, mejor no ponerlo. La televisión es muy antigua y no se ve con claridad. En mi próxima visita a Tizimín buscaré otra opción de hospedaje.

No muy grata experiencia de pesadilla
Reviewed By israelr25Fuimos a Mérida, y decidimos ir a Tizimín por qué está más tranquilo, después de llegar buscamos la mejor opción, lo que nos pareció El Heredero, llamé para preguntar el precio para 2.1 pax, al llegar e instalarnos, nos faltaba una toalla para mí hija, al bajar a recepción a requerir una toalla más, la negaron diciendo que solo dan dos por habitación y que si queríamos una más teníamos que pagar 30 pesos extra, el recepcionista le pregunto al dueño, pero este no quiso. No es el dinero, pero es un mal servicio pagar $650.00 pesos y ni siquiera te den una toalla y ni siquiera es extra por qué pague para 2.1 personas. Lo interesante es que cuando llegamos al cuarto, había dulce en el portamaletas, lo tratamos de limpiar con un papel, pero aún así quedó dulce, pero estamos tan cansados no quisimos ya llamar, el aire no enfriaba mucho, era uno de pared ya un poco viejo, le pregunté al recepcionista si no sería un problema, me dijo que no, salimos y lo dejamos encendido, para dar chance que enfriara pero no fue así, intentamos de ir a dormir, pero el calor estaba insoportable, así que pedimos nos cambiarán, después de tenér que responder al questionamiento de qué por qué no lo reportamos antes, como lo explico arriba le respondí que así fue, ya nos cambiamos a la media noche por qué también le picaron unas hormiguitas a mi esposa, eso espero, pero fue terrible experiencia de estancia, aúnque se esmeran en mantenimiento, fue una noche rara y no sentí nos que descansamos además las sábanas están manchadas y viejas y pasa camas duras como piedra. Ni hablar ya no creo regresar ni de broma prefiero pagaras y sea mejor servicio aún que este céntrico aunque no son groseros los chicos de recepción son poco autónomos y aunque el del turno de la noche nos cambió el colmo fue que nos dijera antes de cambiarnos " tomen las toallas que ya usaron al cambiarse " de pesadilla de verdad.
