Paul took care of us as soon as we checked in. He gave us a seaview room. He also served us in the bar. And one morning he served us in the breakfast room. Very professional and a credit to the hotel. The three course meal we had for three nights' were very good. A different choice for each night. The best walk from the hotel was to the lighthouse and across the fields back onto the coastal walk. 7 miles.

Well appointed B&B just two minutes by car out of St Bees. John and Mandy were great hosts. Initial mix up over twin bed room set up (rather than double) was sorted. Lovely full English breakfast. Not the cheapest but good value.

Wanted somewhere I could have some peace & quiet. It certainly was. Comfy bed & the wee lounge was just right. Bill & Jill were very helpful with the breakfasts so filling. Will certainly visit again.
