Incredibly comfortable bed, fridge, awesome ac and a great balcony meant we probably did get out enough ?? ohhh and super clean with maybe the best shower I’ve used in Goa!! as i said loved our stay!!!! thanks Om Shanti!!!!!!!

Also known as the chattai (mat) huts, this is a phenomenal way to enjoy your holiday right on the beach, in the lap of luxury yet in a very unusual way. There is something so appealing and irresistible about these beach huts that it completely mesmerizes you. The owner, Jagdish, has been in hospitality business for more than a decade and he knows what he is doing. He is also running a Mexican Food Restaurant that also served great Goan food, by the same name on Palolem Beach. Definitely a must try.

Reviewed By vsb2001Quiet and comfortably situated 200 mtrs before patnem beach is this casa fiesta. Except room service and television provision, its has everything. Its restaurant is right on beach, lil high on cost but it's acceptable. Rooms are cosy, little less clean but we can request n get it cleaned too.

There are 4 Cottages which are beautifully designed and equipped with modern amenities. property rooms are equipped with King size bed, Mosquito Net, Desk in the room, Ceiling Fan, Air Condition, Window and more. and also all rooms are attached with modern Bathroom which furnished with Shower, Hot Water, Western Toilet, Mirror.

Reviewed By 93vidhipThe Patnem Cottages are located at a walking distance of just 1min from the Patnem Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners(especially Apiya) was always a phone call away. Easy check in, clean room, availability of all essentials, etc. The place has a few good restaurants around to sit back and relax.

Reviewed By lemonwedgeproductionApril 20 is a real haven for anyone heading to South Goa. Palolem on my second visit has become what happens when the prices go up and the scene moves on, a bit of a charmless struggle, where once you haggled now you seem to be plain out arguing at with the locals charging insane prices. But Patnem one cove over still remains quieter and more sheltered from the force of tourism. Our favourite hang out is April 20 a homely small resort has a dozen or so well constructed, quiet bungalows not huts, this is a step up from the backpacker beach huts and are spacious and secure, it is more expensive than a lot in the area but we loved the standard and service there. The rooms and surrounds are very well maintained and the beach restaurant is of a high standard for the area, very nice food, especially the dal fry’s and tandoori dishes. It sits on a clean stretch of beach and as there are not many rooms you do get a personal touch and will easily feel part of the family there.

Reviewed By CarolineU949Our second visit to Seaview and just as good as the first. This place is family run and the owners are quirky and take a little getting used to! When you are, they feel like real friends and for us, are part of the reason we love to visit. We had an executive suite overlooking the pool which was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the amenities we could ask for. The bathroom was modern and there was always plenty of hot water. The pool was sparkling clean although there was sometimes a shortage of sunbeds, which didn't bother us as we prefer the beach! There is the Sea View restaurant on the property which is run separately and serves delicious food, perfectly situated to have breakfast. Thank you Eddy and Ednisha, we look forward to visiting again.

Amazing beach property at Palolem
Reviewed By 119shaktipThis is a super chilled out beach facing property at southern part of Palolem Beach. The rooms are basic but pretty clean. You can just chill at their sea facing restaurant for hours ..evening scenes at this place is also pretty lit. Do try their barbeque fish preparations in the evening.
