Reviewed By marti jIf you want to visit this area, Valle del Encanta y Parque nacional. frey Jorge than this hotel is well located. Nice rooms, clean and good bathroom with walkinn shower. Swimmingpool small and need a better maintenance. The restaurant is ok but one evening is better than the other one. Can be improved. Good wifi. Some staff in the restaurant need to be come more guest friendly

Reviewed By Renato MThis hotel is located right next to the local casino. People is friendly, our room was very quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Just a few details: no bellboy or cart offered to take your bags at check in, the stairs are dark and motion sensors turn the lights on while you are already walking down, do not use them and hope there is not an emergency, our room included a massage but at check in they said “no”, at the end it was in fact included. For some reason they would not service the room unless you leave the sign hanging in the door knob, very unusual. We found out one day we came back at 4 PM and everything was just like when we left in the morning. No shower cap or tissue in the bathroom, bring your own. Beware with using the coffe machine in the room, they charge you for that. At the end, those small details made the difference between a nice and a perfect stay.

Reviewed By tim252Lovely welcome from excellent staff. Superb setting amongst well tended gardens. Clean and spacious room. Wide choice of menu items and the food is well presented. Good breakfast. After nearly three months in Argentina and Chile this hotel is the best we stayed in. Well worth the short detour off of the Ruta 5

Reviewed By ObservatorioThis is an inexpensive 3 star hotel just 2 blocks from the main plaza. Very helpful staff. A bit noisy but we were staying at the time of the Wine Festival, so we didn't expect much peace, but a bit of white noise (fan) solved the problem! I would stay here again.

Reviewed By Cindy-RoxWe were greatly surprised to find this nice hotel. It is very peaceful and with beautiful views. An ideal place to relax, read and sleep. We stayed for two nights. We stayed in a cabin which was nice and clean. Breakfast was included. The only no-no is that they serve instant coffee. The rest was good.

Reviewed By LuiLuisa22Muy encerrado , olor a encierro todo Estas personas tienen una casa ubicada en calle Isabel Riquelme 1671 , pasamos la noche más mala del mundo cuando fuimos a dormir las Camas tenían sábanas usadas , sucias , el piso pegaba de sucio , los baños horribles , habían colillas cigarro en las habitaciones, ropa sucia por donde quiera , lo q pasa q la Sra. Arrienda la casa a una empresa , trabajadores de faenas mineras y seguramente era su día de descanso y no estaban y aprovecho para arrendarnos pero jamás fueron a limpiar ni cambiar sábanas q feo , llegamos allí porq nos cojio la noche en carretera y habían niños , no conocíamos el lugar pero jamás pensamos q a la hora de descanzar fuera así , no pudimos dormir . Al otro día le dijimos q fue malo todo y ni pregunto porque la opinión , como con un gesto de no me importa se fue. Muy mala experiencia en esta casa 17 septiembre2021
