Would of rated a BIG fat 0. But this was not an option. First night stay was Smelly and room ranked of chemicals. The bedding smelled and was gross. I went to Walmart to purchase blankets and pillows to sleep with. I wouldn't recommend this place even to homeless person. The staff lied to me about cancelations. Overall stay was a tragic experience. I would find somewhere else to stay besides this DUMP!

Brand new hotel in Moscow, Idaho. Beautifully decorated, and designed to accommodate any guest either on business or pleasure.
Room was typical of the brand. The pool is tiny but seemed well maintained. Parking ample with well lit lot. Disappointed by the lack of fruit at breakfast - only grapes available (not even an apple for the road!)

Spartan and clean with a comfortable bed. We stayed in the larger room overhanging the lobby entrance. We arrived noticing with a low audible rumble in the room. Turned it was from the laundry machines running. Otherwise little noise, but on weekday mornings this north to south state traffic corridor is busy and very noisy, starting round 6am. Ear plugs we’re thankfully provided but our sleep was intermittently interrupted from around 5am on. The fireplace was not a fireplace but a window mounted bowed screen that looked at first glance like a fireplace, but quickly evident not as it is inches deep. Located at the corner of 6th and the heavily travelled hwy 95 southbound (Jackson St).

I booked for a graduation. Dude to demand the price was 364 dollars with tax for our Two Queen bed room. I understand supply and demand and am not complaining about the price but I wanted to be transparent. We arrived at 11 pm. While the room was clean the hotel is fairly dated. Every time someone in the room above us flushed we could hear the plumbing in the wall next to one of the beds . The showers are either extremely low flow heads or the water pressure is just poor. I have very brightly colored hair and dried it the best I could after my shower. I can not use a blow dryer if I don’t wish to look like I stuck my finger in a light socket and so I went to bed with damp hair . While I take responsibility for the fact that my hair unfortunately bled onto a pillow case I find it obscene that I was charged 95 dollars for a pillowcase . Because I have brightly colored hair I know full well bleach will remove it. I was told I also stained a sheet which I did not . I travel A LOT I have never been charged like this. So with that in mind this hotel will do if you need it too. Do not plan on the light breakfast filling your need for morning food. If you color your hair in a fashion that it may bleed , beware of the cost you may incur or plan to bring your own pillow. I would advise making sure the shower curtain isn’t in the tub and you don’t use their towels on your hair. Take my 95 dollar lesson and save yourself .

GROSS!!! DIRTY, BED BUGS!! We stayed in October for WSU Homecoming and November for WSU Dad's Weekend. We will NEVER stay here again nor do we recommend friends or family to stay here. We made hotel reservations a year in advance on Expedia in the $60-$70 range. Five months prior to checking in, I received a call from Idaho Inn telling me that I need to pay three times the rate on Expedia. I argued with Idaho Inn telling them this is false advertising and I called Expedia. Expedia agreed to pay the difference in price. I would only be responsible for paying my original hotel price. In October, we checked in and battled with the hotel front desk on the hotel rate. I had to RE EXPLAIN that Expedia would pay the difference in price. In November we stayed again for Dad's Weekend. Idaho Inn decided to CANCEL my reservation and was told that Expedia was going to RELOCATE me to another hotel. Once again I called Expedia to complain. Because it's Dad's Weekend...the entire area of Pullman and Moscow is SOLD OUT with nowhere to stay. Idaho Inn admitted to their cancellation and gave us our room. Next morning we found BED BUGS in our beds! Showed hotel management pictures! They did not charge us for the stay and said they would spray the room. We did not feel comfortable staying another night in this DIRTY hotel. Our 2 night stay ended up being 1 night We left Moscow and drove to Moses Lake for the night. Idaho Inn should pay for our stay in Moses Lake. It's the least they can do!!
