Reviewed By Coastal31568149524Fantastic hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Hotel was spotless, very clean! We stayed in one of the wellness suites, which were fabulous, very relaxing and quite rooms, considering the hotel itself was quite busy! Food was good! Really enjoyed our stay!

Great decoration
Reviewed By Eduardo7676It is a simple hotel with direct entrance to the room from Street. The best point is the decoration of each room, typical american with different schemes. Wifi is good enough and breakfast is served in the annexed diner restaurant. Apart of the decoration, the services are very basic, for example there were not a closet in my room. I would suggest to improve cleaning in the room, because I found a sock behind a cushion…...

It’s a hotel
Reviewed By iursemThe food was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were told the buffet was served at 1700 / 17: 30 but when we arrived back at the hotel it was changed to 18:00. We waited till 18:10 and entered the dining then we were told that the buffet wasn’t until 18:30. We waited patently till 19:15 when the buffet finally opened. The hall and the room was very warm all the time. A lot of the lighting was broken which made some of the elevators and halls a bit creepy. The room was a bit outdated and dusty. The bathroom had a tiny bit of soap left in the dispenser which was leaking on the bath. The was no shampoo and the seals in the tiles are getting moldy. I enjoyed my stay but it definitely wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience.

Good enough
Reviewed By Eduardo7676Well located in the center, maybe the parking is too small. The rooms are big, even some of them with 2 floors. The lobby and bath are downstairs and bed upstairs. Very good point is the possibility to train in the Clever fit gym that is at 20 meters. Bad point is the breakfast, too poor and with a waitress who does not understand english language.

Reviewed By BenCuthWe stayed here for 1 night as part of our road trip, staff spoke perfect English and rooms were pleasant and clean. Short walk to the train station for getting into Dusseldorf, and very accessible location. Great breakfast in the morning and ticked all the boxes for a good and simple stay. If travelling by car - remember to park in the hotel car park and not the underground one opposite, we did this and it is closed on a Sunday! Thankfully the excellent staff managed to get us out and save the day!

Reviewed By cordelia2512My second visit and this time was as good as before. of course it is not the Kempinski, but if you want helpful service then this is the place to go. The owner works really hard to meet the guests' needs. Parking was available, check in was possible very early, the breakfast was above average 3*, and the room was quiet, warm, and with good wifi. There is no lift (as far as I know) which might be a problem for some visitors. It is in a modern building with good autobahn access

Reviewed By JCom_OsloFor 89 € we got the last available room at this hotel. The parking lot was small, so was the shabby room and bathroom. The beds were not comfortable and the windows were heading right into the corridor to the rooms. People was walking late and early, rattling with the corridor door. However breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Reviewed By obie_treWir haben dort ganz kurzfristig am selben Tag der Anreise noch ein Zimmer bekommen zu einem sehr guten Preis. Hotel ist inhabergeführt mit rheinischem Charme. Prima Betreuung durch die Gastgeber, sehr ruhiges, eher einfaches Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Der Inhaber ist uns morgens sogar noch nachgefahren, um uns zu sagen, dass die Autobahnauffahrt, die wir nehmen wollten, gesperrt ist. Super-freundlich!
