Incredible hotel with a breathtaking view!
Reviewed By TomasStaThis is surely one of my very favourite hotels in the Alps! Exceptional architecture, amazing view not only from the hotel restaurant but also from the room. Very friendly personnel, especially waitress Silvia who was really taking care of us and gave us great tips for hikes. Hotel is situated at the end of the road with a direct access to the mountain hike paths. We enjoyed the lake and mountains environment. We were very lucky to be more less alone with a few other guests. What a peaceful place to be!

Reviewed By Graham929We found the owner to be very helpful, we needed to change our dates by 1 day early, this was not a problem. On arrival we were greeted by the owner booked in and given the room key. Double room with en-suite. Parking, we were asked if we would like to park in the downstairs garage, at no extra cost, however we decided to leave it by the front door, as the area is very quiet and the bikes are perfectly safe. Breakfast was good, a few choices, fresh rolls from the bakery next door, we had a few evening meals which were good and reasonably priced. The owner could be of more help, offering advice on where to go and what to see, even offering sat nav files too. The only downside is the rooms could do with an update, one thing to watch is the show water can get very hot so don’t just jump in and turn on! On a good note there is a great drying area, also a washing machine too which you can use for a small donation. I can’t recommend this place enough, yes may need a little update but if you want a nice quiet area to stop in with a great host that knows all the best places to visit, it’s a no brainer! If I can get down this way again this would be the place I would book without a shadow of a doubt! Thanks Willem for a great stay.

Reviewed By Chrisma13A family run hotel in an excellent natural green area (next to the river, very tall trees etc). Food was perfect a la carte at dinner (pay extra for beer,wine not in the all inclusive). Inside and outside playgrounds, many legos, painting staff and cinema for kids. The only thing that I have to mension is the communication, they do not speek very well english. The family room was perfect with a balcony very comfortable. Nearest airport is the Klagenfurt that you need extra 1,5 hour driving to reach the hotel.

Reviewed By René KJe recommande vivement cet hôtel pension. Nous avons séjourné une nuit et j'espère bien y retourner un jour. Tout est parfait : l'emplacement, l'accueil, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner. La table du petit-déjeuner est déjà dressée quand on arrive, celui-ci est varié et en plus nous avons eu la chance d'avoir de la musique typique avec un accordéon en live. Il y a un parking gratuit juste à côté.

Reviewed By Holger SWir waren mit 3 Familien in diesem Familiengasthof mit den gemütlichen Familienzimmern (separater Schlafraum für die Kinder) untergerbacht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig, Spielplatz und Spielzimmer sind vorhanden. Das Essen ist frisch und sehr gut, die Preise angemessen. Sehr freundlicher Service, der auch Sonderwünsche gerne möglich macht. Wir können es nur empfehlen - auch als Restaurant, obwohl hier leider ein entsprechender Eintrag bei TripAdvisor fehlt.

Reviewed By caponord1966Alloggiati un hotel vicino dopo un viaggio in moto abbiamo iniziato la ricerca di un ristorante. Abbiamo trovato questo lungo la strada del paese. Ottima e abbondate Wiener Schnitzel, ottima birra alla spina e un servizio che, pur non parlano noi Austriaco e loro Inglese o Italiano, hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio. 7.90€ il secondo con abbondate contorno e € 3.10 per una birra media alla spina sono dei prezzi veramente ottimi. Il dolce è stato gentilmente offerto.

La vallée comporte une superbe piste cyclable et des falaises d'escalade pour tout les goûts. Cet hébergement dispose de chambres confortables et les petits-déjeuners sont copieux. Pour les repas, il y a plusieurs restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
