Perfect place for a relaxing weekend with friends, family and loved ones. Staff is very courteous and humble and provide quick service. They'll make whatever you want available in no time. Beautiful location and well maintained property in close proximity to Kihim beach. Rooms are clean and tidy and the food is also amazing. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Definitely visiting again and a must visit place for those who yet haven't.

Reviewed By JessicaPJPKPros: 3 minutes Walk from the beach. Food is good. Lawn is nice clean and peaceful. Cons: Rooms are in a sad state. Old style box TVs. Cockroaches in the sofa chair. Thankfully we had taken our own bed sheets pillow covers and songs. Bathrooms are in a badder state. Basin is micromini you can barely wash your fingers. Makeshift bathroom in one room. 2 stars are only for the food and the lawn.

Reviewed By OmashreeyaWe visited Sealand Kihim last weekend which was Jan 8th and 9th. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very good. Importantly the food is excellent and being a Maharashtrian myself I enjoyed the food thoroughly. Break fast option is good but can get better. Getting into the pool in the evening post the lights are on is an amazing exp. Must visit place for a weekend outing

Located just 200 meters 5 min walk from the Kihim Beach, this place offers comfortable rooms with moderate facilities. It is run as a family resort by Mr Ninad and his family. Hence there's a lot of personalised attention to every need. They follow all "Covid " procedures right from the time we check in. Temperature and SpO2 is checked, luggage is sanitised before being sent to the room. They tend to be a bit frugal with toiletries and Tea maker material but oblige if requested. Breakfast ( included in Tariff) is quite sumptuous comprising mostly of Maharashtrian delicacies. The sea food lunch/Dinner ( on order) is absolutely authentic Konkan fare and mouth watering. Hot Meals are served right outside the room on a sit out area. Evenings anti mosquito fumigation ensures you relish the dinner peacefully... Early morning wake up call is by the Crested Bulbuls, Parakeets and a variety of colourful birds... In all, a very good and comfortable stay ...

Reviewed By 914ramprasadsWonderful experience with an excellent staff. One of the cleanest pools I've seen. Luxurious 4 bedrooms and a sprawling lawn. ? Worth the money and one of the most on point courteous staff. The food was good at very decent prices. Very close to Khihm beach.
