L'établissement a été rénové récemment avec soin, la chambre était bien décorée,équipée et très propre! Le personnel de l'hôtel restaurant est très agréable et l'un des membres de l'équipe a tout fait pour nous parler en français et nous aider. Les prix au restaurant font rêver par rapport à ceux pratiqués en France. Pour 7€ vous avez une énorme et délicieuse pizza avec une garniture généreuse! Et on ne parle pas du petit-déjeuner avec des assiettes de charcuterie, fromage, œufs, fruits, pains.... plus que copieuses. Ils font même une assiette décorée pour les enfants, très délicate attention! Alors oui l'isolation des chambres n'est pas parfaite mais cet établissement est très bien!

Warm ,friendly and clean
Reviewed By ljc66Whilst on a motorcycle holiday with my 2 friends we came across this lovely village by chance. Tourist information gave us the details contacted the owner and booked us in. Overall very impressed with the place which was clean and modern . The owner and her family were very warm and hospitable.Room which all 3 of us stayed in contained 3 single beds and was large clean and functional. The hotel also serves food which was well priced and delicious I had the home made sausages which were very tasty. Plenty of parking and just a 3 mum walk from the village which has bars and restaurants. Overall would definitely stay here again

Great value, good room and excellent menu and breakfast
Reviewed By RetiredAldershotA good hotel within a couple of hundred yards of the town centre. Not too difficult to find but there is a great deal of ivy covering the hotel name. The week we were there the hotel was specialising in carp (I assume they do at other times of the year) and it was a first for me - hopefully not the last as it is a fish not available for cooking in the UK. Parking is indeed limited to about 8 cars for the hotel and its sister "Karpfen Hotel" a few yards away. Excellent buffet breakfast and overall a reasonably priced good hotel.,

Historic, but updated bathroom
Reviewed By concordia39We had a room on the 1st floor but had to access it via the lift to floor two and then stairs up and down to get to our floor in a connecting building. Normally this wouldn't bother us but this time our cases were quite heavy so it was an oddity to negotiate it all. Our room did have a romantic feel with a canopied bed and handsome decor, but all quite dark and the lighting was poor. The desk was an antique and my computer barely fit on it. The bathroom was excellent quality and we had a great deep shower stall and good linens. The pillows were huge and probably goose down so they didn't have much form. The evening staff didn't seem to be very comfortable with English and we felt like we were imposing when we tried to book a table for dinner and asked for more pillows. Dinner was delicious but the male server was standoff-ish (literally, he stay a pace or two away from our table as we ordered) and stoic as can be. The wine options were 2 - red or white and by the glass or small carafe. I didn't understand why they had no wine choices at this caliber of restaurant. But the food was really good so we just enjoyed it on a warm evening outdoors. We slept very well and the breakfast buffet was varied.

Reviewed By WalkswithStayed here once again, the food and accommodation is excellent. If you want peace and quiet this is the place. Lots of places and thngs to see in the local area. Dinkelsbuhl and Hesselberg to name but some. Worth a stay, reasonable prices.

Sad little hotel...
Reviewed By Matthew FThis hotel is not worth staying in even for one night, the room is the size and feel of a broom cupboard. if you lie on the bed you can not even see the TV, (there is no space in the room for a chair even to fit) The wifi signal is useless and when connected it is too slow to refresh even your emails. The breakfast is nothing fantastic, the only thing going for the hotel is that it is centrally located.
