Hollybank House is a lovely alternative to an hotel. Enjoy Bed and Breakfast in a lovely Georgian country house with elegant rooms set in a beautiful 10 acre garden.
We spent just one night at Hollybank House with my immediate family (husband and son) and my in-laws. We stayed in the Green Room, a family room with a double and single bed. Very spacious and the toilet facilities/shower were perfectly adequate. The room is appointed in a historic manner but very comfortable. My in-laws were in a slightly smaller, but still very nice room. Hollybank House shines though, because of the gardens and the estate. We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds, checking out the treehouse, the trampoline and the many secret garden areas. I also loved having the Hollybank Woods nearby for a run/walk. Breakfast in the am was excellent, made to order with several choices. We enjoyed talking with Viv and Anna, who own the property.

We stayed here while coming down to see what goodwoof was like, was very surprised with how nice the hotel was considering the location being on the motorway, rooms were a lovely size, much bigger then some of the bigger hotels, and so much cleaner Staff were happy friendly and made sure we were happy, and had everything we need. Parking is available on a first come first served basis and is chargeable at £5.00 per night for overnight guests.
A very comfortable hotel to explore Hampshire, the New Forest and the isle of Wright. Check in was efficient though a more smiley experience would have been nice! Good bedroom with very comfortable bed. Really liked the 2nd door to the bedroom which kept a quiet peaceful hotel bedroom even more quiet. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and it was a pleasure to have breakfast cooked to order and served rather than a diy buffet. All staff were cheerful, pleasant and polite. A very enjoyable stay in a delightful coastal town. There is limited parking in the town and the parking charge of £5 per 24 hours appears reasonable.

We had two rooms stayed three nights. My parents had stayed last October and had a wonderful room in the hotel, We had two rooms at The Lodge not in hotel where we thought had booked. Definitely needs updating. Bed extremely hard, quilt lumpy and pillows terrible!!! Coffee cup in the room was dirty had to wash it before use. Breakfast is average, maybe a time slot would be a good idea for guests.. Some staff more helpful than others.

Dear Adi, Gary and the entire team Thankyou so much for having us for our daughters christening party in the summer. The whole team was BRILLIANT right from Adis meetings with us, organising what food and drink, to setting up the function room in the middle of the pandemic, every single thing went so smoothly we can't thank you enough. Huge thankyou to lovely Evie who, as always, goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and make sure we are always happy and makes our daughter so happy, possibly the friendliest member of staff in the entire south coast! The crown did a fantastic buffet style meal for our 30 guests (limited due to covid rules at the time) and we had the choice of any food at all! Adi organised our own bar upstairs in his function room and we had our own bar staff up there, we had an Alexa for music, cake table, it was decorated beautifully with crisp white table sheets. We had a really great time and would definitely recommend the crown for anyone wanting to have a party in emsworth, it was as stress free as possible be ause Adi and his staff made it like that.

Great stay. At first wasnt sure where to find the huts lack of signage but plenty of people to help you find where your going. The signage of singles was great just finding the huts tricky. We were the only occupants for the first night which was nice. When we arrived we had a phone call you let us know which hut was ours and info on facilities. In the hut is everything you need except towels but we popped to tesco down the the road to buy some. Great facilities outside fire pit and cooking station. They also provide cups, plates, bowls, glasses, kettle, pots and pans and utensils and a gas camping stove. Really glamping style feel like a luxurious camp. With great toilet and shower facilities. Great stay yo see other places highly recomend Petersfield. Hailing island pretty sunrise. Stones through from Portsmouth. Beautiful walks, great local amenities. Friendly people. Brilliant stay highly recommend will bring our son next time. Lots of vegan and gluten free places to eat locally.
