Nice clean room at a great price
Reviewed By princet0n0Stayed for a night at Lenox Dagupan during a weekend trip. Staff were courteous, helpful and welcoming. Check in was done in five minutes. Room and restroom were clean. Fresh linen with comfortable bed and, my favorite, fluffy pillows (seems to be new) . Good internet connection. Lots of interesting artwork in the hotel also. Can improve more on dampening the sound from outside. Overall, I'd highly recommend it for family and business travelers.

Convenient & reasonable
Reviewed By mylcpaVery convenient place right across the street from the bus terminals (Solid North & Victory Liner) and right around the corner from SM Dagupan. Highly recommend and will stay there again. At check-in you must declare what time you want your breakfast served which is a little off putting, but not a big deal.

Superb Mom & Pop Hotel Service - Clean & Great Upkeep
Reviewed By ACSA0791A quaint hotel - aged but the owners have maintained it well. Very clean linens and rooms! We stayed overnight with our social group and asked them to prepare home cooked food of the local delicacies - we were not disappointed! Try their grilled milkfish and steamed crabs! The beach is just across the street. Its gray sand but fine and clean. There’s a lifeguard around as well but open 5am-6pm.

Reviewed By m6nnxxRoom sucks all appliances are very old. Not worth staying. You can hear the staffs talking because one of customer wearing shorts and roaming just to look at the girl legs is very unprofessional, ignorant and perving. I have no plan to go back again at star plaza Dagupan.

Great hotel for those who are on a tight budget!
Reviewed By ramon jr mRooms are not really big (compared to other hotels in Dagupan). No elevator. Staff are really nice especially the guard who helped me park my car. No hot shower but their water seems to be not cold. Slippers are provided. Not for those who wanted to rest and watch as their TV channels are really not clear. WiFi is fast.

Reviewed By may ZWe stayed in this hotel for overnight with my family. The room is decent enough for the price, staff are accommodating and friendly, and the food is the best! They've even delivered in our room. My only concern was the water from the faucet in the restroom was unclean. If they could improve the restroom too, it'll be a 5 star. :)
