Exceptional for China
Reviewed By Mark HVery nice place.. Great service, clean and lots of different spas to try. I went on a Friday when it was raining so fortunately there were not so many people. Unfortunately.. Despite the signs people still smoked which spoiled the health benefits somewhat but - this is China!

Excellent staff, property needs renovation
Reviewed By KH_n_JHI have seldom encountered such excellent hotel staff at a mid-range hotel--honest, helpful, polite, service-oriented. The hot spring pools are average, nothing particularly special. Buffet breakfast was superb one day, the next day just a simple and uninteresting plate of food--not sure why. Mostly, the property itself needs updating and repairs. But the staff of this hotel saved the whole experience for me. If the property makes some improvements, I'd be happy to stay again!

Reviewed By ritali294217我們於 12月份入住豪華雙人房，房間很大，進門有個小廳，有梳化，茶几及泡茶器具，注意茶包要收費，但牆壁有些污漬，明顯是住客弄污。房間舒適，浴室整潔，提供風筒，最喜歡有浴門，沐浴時不會弄濕廁所。酒店門外，有大量泊車位，職員會詢問是否住客身份才指示位置泊車。我們房價包了自助早餐，餐廳環境很好，食物選擇多及不錯，職員服務好。整體來說，以這不貴的價錢，屬質素高的酒店。
