Didn't hold our reservation
Reviewed By Rafael DWe emailed the apart for availability and pricing. As we got no response we called them and made a reservation 1 month ahead. As we've been there before, they took the reservation over the phone. When preparing our trip we called again to check everything was right. It turns out our reservation didn't exist and they tried to charge us more for the same stay, as they were almost completely booked. We ended up cancelling our trip. It's a pity since we held good memories from our first trip there back in 2008.
