Nice Hotel with No AirConditioning
Reviewed By SelgrisVery pleasant and helpful reception staff. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The bed was a bit soft for my wife (bad back) but otherwise very good. Breakfast was OK and fairly standard. The building is modern and well appointed. Rooms have a kitchenette with a microwave. Room service meals are all ambient, bottled items such as sausage and lentils. The hotel is also a way out of the town and so more than a walk to access a restaurant. Our only gripes were that the hotel has no restaurant and that the rooms are not air conditioned. This in particular is a sad lack in a very modern hotel.

Reviewed By Peter Gspent 2 nights there on our way to Brittany, rooms looked bit dates, carpet in room 37 needs to be replaced, had a lot of black stains. Else the normal Novotel style. Parking was free, Wifi speed ok and access by car easy. Driving to downtown Nantes takes about 15 Minutes.Breakfast offer not taken, but was first billed on the invoice. The clerk removed it immediately after our complaint, but this should not have happened at all.

Fine appartments outside Nantes
Reviewed By Lasse KStayed here for 4 nights during a business stay and the apartments do what they need to. It was nice and clean, bathrooms etc are fine. The interior is very simple, nothing on the walls and only one lamp that was not on the ceiling. A tad more on the devor would suffice a higher rating I think. The Gym is simple but works (machines are quite old and worn) and the breakfast was really fine. All in all a fine average stay outside of Nantes

Reviewed By discerning_critic_11I have stayed in much better Kyriads than this one. The water didn't go down the sink and when you run a bath the shower comes on. The receptionist was lovely. There was hardly anyone staying here, which isn't surprising. No restaurant service, only one day a week.

Cheap, cheerful and surprisingly good.
Reviewed By chrisatobmI've seen f! hotels all over France for many years but this was my first time using one. €37 for a room for two on the outskirts of a large city seemed pretty good value so I decided to have a go. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and simply handed me a receipt upon which was printed the 6 digit number I'd need to access the room and the car park. It al worked like clockwork. The room was small but perfectly clean and was furnished with a small TV and a washbasin. Toilets and showers were at the end of each corridor and were, as far as I could see, well maintained and very clean. On this experience, would I use f1 again? Certainly.
