Kids love it here, clean large play area, friendly staff. Breakfast with Santa was fabulous, full English and pancake for the kids and a selection box. Not too crowded either.

Had an amazing party here for my 7 year old daughter and her friends. The staff were excellent, very attentive, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good, each child’s meal was individually boxed nice and hot when delivered to the party room and of a much higher quality than I have experienced at other party venues. We had a mix of needs when it came to food, gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant and a diabetic, this wasn’t a problem at all the kitchen staff were happy to accommodate. I received a couple a calls prior to the party to make sure all was ok. The staff even came on the ice with the children, got them skating aids if required. I would definitely have another party here. It’s a great place for a day out too, you can often get discounts on the website and Groupon.

Such a fun place to bring children . I often visit with my childminded children and been visiting jbs since my own where little both here and at Warrington. The staff are lovely, so welcoming and it’s nice know when we walk in there is always a friendly face to greet us and on first name basis. I’ve always found the staff very approachable and always go above and beyond to help me if I need while I am there. . They acknowledge my children, encourage them to join in in group activities and guide them where needed. I feel like I have an extra pair of eyes to help me . We have eaten there a number of times and the food is great for our needs. The play area itself is fantastic, lots to do, clean, tidy and love the way there are different areas for different age groups We go back week after week and will continue to do so as we find it warm, friendly and a lovely place to play. Thank you jellybeans
