A popular spot for getting wowed or soaked amid natural splendor, Niagara Falls attracts curious spectators and adventurous honeymooners from around the world. The splendid main attraction - more than six million feet of water cascading over a rocky crest - sits partially in the United States and partially in Canada. The U.S. side has recently been busy promoting other activities to lure visitors. Venues like the Aquarium of Niagara offer parents fun and engaging alternatives for kids, after or in between visits to the Falls. Outdoor recreation such as hiking, biking, fishing and camping can be found at the Niagara Falls State Park. The storied history of attempts to conquer the majestic Falls is captured at the Daredevil Museum; the Schoellkopf Museum concentrates on the history and geology. There's more to the Falls than, well, the Falls, including a wide array of dining and lodging options, from budget to upscale. This awe-inspiring region makes for an exhilarating and multi-faceted getaway

My family loves escape the room venues. For this one it was mom and dad, a 14 year old and 11 year old. We chose to do the speakeasy al Capone room. Of the three options this was the most family friendly (the other two are a zombie room and a horror/saw movie reference). As far as difficulty the horror room is easiest, then the speakeasy, and zombie room is hardest. The puzzles were similar to other escape rooms—find the clues, do some decoding, lots of guessing. You are given 3 clues so you can ask for help. We used 2. However the gentleman gave us lots of hints when we were completely off track. Couldn’t have done it without his help. All members had a great time and we escaped! Setting is great too—good location right next to old falls street. It’s in an old bank basement so it feels appropriately authentically creepy. Can recommend.

Just steps from Niagara Falls, discover how the wonder continues at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. Beneath the bright lights, you’ll find the ultimate in gaming and comfort with more than 3,300 of the newest slots, from penny spins to $100 high-limit machines, and the fast-paced action of nearly 100 of the hottest table games including classics and interesting new twists. Pull up a luxurious seat and take a deep breath – the action is about to begin.
We visited the casino because we were hungry. I read that if you had not been before, then you had the option of picking a free buffet meal, or $15 in free slot play you were signing up for their players club membership for the very first time. Parking was free at the casino, and it wasn’t easy 15 minute walk to the Falls area. The casino buffet was excellent for the value, and my partner was charged $16 as he had already signed up for the players club previously. Still, the food was great value for the price, and miles above other buffet restaurants such as Golden corral. The smoking floor casino has the newest games, and is the most busy. It was very hard to find a popular game such as lightning link, quick pic, or wheel of fortune with an empty seat. The casino does have a non-smoking section with older games. The non-smoking section air does seem a bit cleaner but they are openly connected to the main casino gaming floor. The table games mostly consist of blackjack or other card games, and there is a single craps table which did seem active. If you are visiting the Niagara Falls area for the first time, it is highly advisable to park or even stay overnight at the casino and take advantage of the free buffet option which must be used on the same day. There are many things that are active and available for children or youth along the street walking to the Falls area, and many restaurants or other shops for family fun. Overall I would rate this particular casino highly satisfactory in my personal visit.

Diana was wonderful to guide us through what we needed to do. It's been a long time since we had to work through the paperwork and logistics of tying the knot. This was a second marriage for the both of us, but we have been together for over 14 years. We wanted something simple but memorable. Diana and the minister provided both of that. Diana never forced our decisions about anything. She gave suggestions, and we loved all of them. She was very responsive with any questions. The minister made us feel relaxed and helped us to enjoy the moment. I would recommend the Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls to anyone who wants a simple ceremony by the Falls. It was the most romantic day of my life!

At the Falls Arcade, located inside Sheraton At The Falls hotel, offers fun for all ages! This arcade features 32 state-of-the-art games including skee ball, Whack n’ Win, Mario Kart Racing, Harpoon Lagoon and more. There are great prizes for the taking, so test your skills and win big! Located next to TGI Fridays and Rainforest Cafe.
Hi, readers!!! :) I'm back after having been snowbound for much of the winter!!! :) I was at the Sheraton to check out the new Corner Deli (that positive experience will appear in another review!), and decided to take a look in the At The Falls Arcade, another feature of the Sheraton along with the Starbucks, the Rainforest Café, and T.G.I. Friday's; I've already reviewed the other three and given them all high marks, and the same goes for the arcade - it's a classic 80s-style game room, and I loved it!!! :) My readers will already know that I walk with a rollator, and I had no trouble whatsoever entering the arcade or moving around within it, as there is a stepless entrance adjacent to the Rainforest Café (an outdoor entrance with one step is located on Old Falls Street), which in turn can be easily accessed through the hotel's main entrance; accessible restrooms, common to all five businesses, are right down the hall, and the Sheraton itself can be easily reached via NFTA Metro Bus, whose #40, #50, and #55 buses all stop directly in front of the hotel! :) As for the arcade itself, this features the rich, music-filled, neon-lit experience of the classic game rooms, including such old favorites as a Grab-n-Win! Claw Game, A Prize Aquarium, Super Bikes Space Race, Pac-Man Arcade Party, Black Out!, Doodle Jump, Harpoon Lagoon, a Treasure Chest wheel, several driving games including an excellent Batman game, and several very colorful Super Mario games, one of which was out of service - that was the only game that was down during my visit! An exact-change-only cash machine dispenses, registers, charges, and recharges your purchased token card; the prizes are also machine-dispensed, and they look great! :) All in all, a fun experience - I'll be back!!! :)

We were doing some shopping in the United States and decided to put in some time by going to the theatre. There was nothing really playing on the Canadian side in the time frame we needed. Therefore we went to this place to see the movie Invisible Man. They had a Senior price and we opted out of buying popcorn or pop. Although the favourite of everyone seemed to be the large container of popcorn for $10. The cashier was very friendly, theatre extremely clean especially the washrooms. We chose our seats on the screen before paying and then took a short walk to the theatre we were watching the movie in. The theatre was quite large which is a good thing. Therefore people can be spread out. Lots of advertisements which we are not use too but not a problem. You get to see what movies are coming up. Really enjoyed our experience at the Regal Theatre and plan to go again. An alternative when on the American side of Niagara Falls.
