Wine Tasting with the owners family. Small boutique wine producer in an small and friendly tasting facility. Christmas Closure: 23-26th December inclusive Closed: New Years Day
We visited this boutique cellar door on our wine tour & were delighted with a lovely warm reception by the family dogs & owner who told us the lovely story of how their family became vintners & conception of the cellars name. We enjoyed some beautiful wines & ended up purchasing a bottle of Rose to enjoy later. A lovely way to spend an afternoon.

We are open everyday for complimentary wine tastings.Turn down Conders Bend Road from State Highway 6 between the Wairau River Bridge and Renwick to taste Framingham wines at their source. Wander the vineyard or venture downstairs to explore the cellar, where we keep vintages past and present.
I love Framingham wines and have always loved their riesling - so I chose all their rieslings and they even pulled out an amazing sticky from 2007. The staff were fantastic and really looked after that and even gave my wife a cap for her birthday. Really beautiful setting with cool art space below. A definite must on any wine tour

Marlborough's oldest small winery (est 1979) and home to the oldest vines in the region. Owned and run by two winemakers. Both our vineyard and winery are certified organic. We make a range of exceptional aromatic white wines, plus world class Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Syrah. - multi award winning winery & vineyard - Winner of "NZ Winery of the Year" - Home to "Gourmet Traveller - NZ Viticulturist of the year 2020" Founding member of MANA (Marlborough Natural Winegrowers). Our tasting room is now open Monday to Friday 11am till 4pm. Weekends & Public Holidays are by appointment only - until mid October when we expect to be back open 7 days a week. Winery & Vineyard tours are by prior appointment only. Our tasting room is open from late September till April as once our harvest begins we have to close for tasting as "all hands needed on deck" in the winery.
My favourite wine and finally I've managed to arrive when they are open for tastings. A pleasure to meet Selena, the tasting was exceptional and her recommendations spot on. Thank you for a wonderful start to our day, can highly recommend.

Specialist wine producers since 2002, Dog Point insists on low cropped vines and hand-picked fruit whilst adhering to an organic regime. Their philosophy is to produce regionally distinctive wines that will drink well now and age gracefully for many years. Four wines are produced at Dog Point: - A typical Marlborough style of Sauvignon Blanc - Section 94, a Sauvignon Blanc aged and fermented in barrel - A Chardonnay - A Pinot Noir Vineyard tours and tastings are welcome by appointment only.
Eight wine tasting after a tour up and over the hills to view the well tended vineyards. The standout wines were definitely Sauvignon Blanc which were quite exceptional. For that alone the visit was very worthwhile.

Our Marlborough winery and tasting room are nestled in amongst our vineyards in the heart of Sauvignon Blanc country just outside of the town of Renwick, 10km from Blenheim. At the entrance to Forrest wines stands a prominent stone wall built of the very stones that come from the surrounding area of the Wairau Valley. Beyond the wall the drive way winds through our oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, over the small stone bridge and into a beautiful park setting, with willow trees and a duck pond, picnic tables and outdoor games for the whole family. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with toys for children of all ages. You may even catch a glimpse of Frankie the family dog, she is so welcoming. The tasting room has a casual kiwi feel with comfortable seating in and out, and bean bags to enjoy a lounge in the sun. An eclectic range of wines from the innovative Doctors' range and the quintessential Forrest Marlborough range are on offer - a chance to taste a couple of your favourites or be adventurous and try a tasting tray with your choice of six wines for $7. We pride ourselves on providing informative discussions about our wines, winemaking and our region. A selection of different food platters are available, or bring your own picnic. We run a Winetasting 101 Masterclass daily (by appointment) at 1030 for $25 pp if you are want to get an overview of wine. Open 7 days 10am-4.30pm. Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Good Friday, the morning of ANZAC Day - 25 April and Marlborough Anniversary Day in October. Marlborough has one of the world’s greatest wine trails: fabulous wine, breathtaking scenery, a warm climate and relaxed people clustered in one small grape growing region (approximately 14 x 7 kilometres). More than fifty wineries offer a variety of wine, food and entertainment. You can either drive, take a guided bus tour, or hire a bicycle and pedal your way around the vineyards.
This was the first winery we visited over three days spent in Marlborough and what an excellent stop it was! We were warmly welcomed by Becky who was very knowledgeable about the wines and we enjoyed sharing the free tasting of two tastes per person or alternatively you can have a tasting tray of 7 for $10, which is very fair. The highlight was tasting their riesling from 2010, The Valleys Brancott riesling that in hindsight, we should have bought...but unfortunately, when travelling, you can't buy every bottle you like! Definitely worth a visit!

Cute little Cellar Door, we are so glad we visited. A small family run winery, the owner Julie did our tasting and she was so passionate and enthusiastic about the work they do, a wine made with love and care for sure! A full tasting experience for only $5 per person which was waived when we bought a bottle of their 2020 Pinot Gris which was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Tasting room in the heart of the Marlborough wine region and nestled in our Homestead Vineyard. Fruit from this vineyard delivers intense notes of stone fruit, white melon and tropical characters. The combination of mature vines with the stony free draining silt loam soils have been the foundations for the elegant textural wine style that Jackson Estate is best known for.
Great location, interesting building, the smell of great food from the food truck and knowledgeable staff and of course, great wines ...... the perfect stop on the bike tour!
