In October 2018, I had the pleasure of taking a cooking class with Valeria and Barbara, two wonderful ladies, passionate about their craft and equipped with a great sense of humour. The class itself is done in a very professional setting (large kitchen, big table easy to work on etc) but in a very relaxing ambiance. Their passion is contagious and you will not only acquire a skill but also learn to love making food from Emilia-Romagna. I highly recommend spending a few hours at the Salotto di Penelope and if time permits, take the market tour prior to the class. The tour provides you with very useful information on local products that you can use when you go back home. I am already planning my next visit....

We had a fun morning learning how to make pasta with Dennis! I only expected to follow instructions like most cooking classes, but he actually asked us questions and got us to really think about how we want the results, which was wonderful. Amazing experience and amazing insights gained and would definitely recommend anyone to take the class!
