The 9 Best Fashion Shows & Tours in Seoul, South Korea

February 22, 2022 Claudia Navarrete

Seoul is the business and cultural hub of South Korea, where skyscrapers tower over Buddhist temples. Take it all in from the N Seoul Tower, built atop a peak in Namsan Park. The teahouses and shops of Insadong give you a taste of Korean flavor, which you can further experience with a visit to the grounds and museums of Gyeongbokgung. UNESCO World Heritage Site Changdeokgung Palace is a fine example of authentic ancient architecture.

K-Beauty cosmetic shopping is certainly no.1 to do in Myeongdong. But as there are so many brands and color choices, many foreigners get confused very easily. So I planned this tour to help you buy the right cosmetics in reasonable prices. I will recommend cosmetics that are the best-selling or trendiest at the moment among Koreans. Also, together I will help you choose a foundation that fits your skin tone and buy a shadow that matches your skin tone. We'll do the most successful shopping in Korea!

Me and my husband went on a rainy day and met up with our guide the lovely art student Chitty. We wend to two interesting markets and looked at the Han-River. Unfortunately it was a bit rainy, (we went in December, so no surprise there!) Afterwards we saw the seafood market and an old traditional market, we had SO MUCH FUN!!!! We are usually very open to crazy foods, so we even dared to try the silkworms which are considered a nice wintertreat. Even if you are not so open minded culinariy, it is still so nice to go. The trip felt like our friend is showing us her favorite Korea Seoul spot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and WE WILL BOOK AGAIN!!!!

The tour guide was not needed if we were given a map of the theme park. I was looking forward to looking at the Winery but oh what a disappointment, Just a few empty barrels and at the end of the short walk through the walk way to the wine bar. No free samples and certainly did not have a french feel with a picture of St Marks Square Italy. Would have liked to look around the gardens but was hurried to the next cable car to the the top to the theme park not impressed. I had high hopes for this trip but felt let down., More toilet stops on the way there would have been good due to medication I struggled. More for families. Disney land and still building work being carried out. Would advise not to go but go to and spend more time at Hue, I did like the views on the cable cars going up and down.
