Charming Stay
Reviewed By Liz CI booked Rustico as a last minute trip and couldn't have been happier. The room was beautiful, with a small kitchen efficiency, walk in shower and comfortable bed. The owners were lovely and while I don't speak Italian, we were able to communicate perfectly. They were warm and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely with wonderful coffee. It is also in a stunning location. I unfortunately didn't get to try the food at dinner but hopefully I will return and be able to do so. What a wonderful experience. Grazie mille!

Reviewed By stefano sTripoli town is just 3 km out of Mantova and here you can have a completely silent area. There are two room with separated toilets ( equipped with bath and perfectly kept). Rooms are climatized so do not worry about moisture and hot weather. Breakfast is lovely prepared by ma Ivana (cakes, roasts and carrots cakes...) and home made jams. The only remark is for the spiral staircase to reach the first floor that could be a problem in case of disability. Enjoy!

Reviewed By Ivan NOur mobile house was 2 meters from the lake. You can literally eat the breakfast with the ducks in the lake. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. 20 meters from the house is the restaurant. It opens at 6pm. It offers typical italian food. The food was good (except pizza which we didnt like). The staff was very helpful. There is a small playground at the terrace of restaurant. The prices were reasonable. The bad: The pool is small and the water was really cold.

Reviewed By SijomWe are a family of six from Czechia, coming to Nadia's house regularly. All we can say is that this accommodation is just prefect: comfortable, clean, very well equipped. Nice ski room and spacious covered parking is also available. Not only that: it is situated on the cross-country track (less then 1 min.), ski bus is very nearby (2 min), and a supermarket if you need to buy something as well (2 min). Moreover, Nadia is a very nice, welcoming and friendly person. It is always a pleasure to be in Livigno in her house. 100% recommended, five stars well deserved! Jakub and Lucie

Reviewed By Rimas KIf you choose Casa Patrizia as your place to stay you get: cozy room, helpful landlady, quick and easy access to Sirmione and other region attraction. B&B place is just 2 min away from the buss stop and 10 min buss trip to Sirmione. The money you save you may use for SPA (ask the discount coupons from landlady!)

This is the second time we stayed at their house for a first stop on our way, but maybe it will be our main destination next time because we can easily stay there much longer. the good life!

We had the pleasure to stay in the apartment for 4 people, and another couple of our friends were in the 2 people apartment. We really loved the the furniture, made with wood and stone which made the atmosphere warm and relaxing. We found all the comforts (also very good internet connection for those looking for smartworking), and the owners are really nice and willing to give suggestions for walks and great restaurants!
