I am Sandra, a passionate foodie and gastronomy lover. I worked for companies and made a big change in my professional career so I started my cooking career. I was cooking paella with the greatest Valencian paella masters who passed their valuable knowledge to me so I can share it with you. I started my paella project in my happy kitchen, where with love for meeting new people and sharing culture and passion for cooking I'm making all the faces and tummies happy!

Roberto Medda grew up around food and flavors in Sardinia Island Italy and by the age of 18 l went to Paris for a new experience.After several years working as a waiter and cook. Roberto moved to London where he worked his way up as an opening / restaurant manager. He also travel and worked in Canada, Usa, Mexico and Thailand. He later started working as private chef and caterer in Tenerife. Roberto today is dedicated to creating delicious food and providing unique table service all over Europe.
