Reviewed By Olga_iaroshchukVery good place! Beautiful, clean and cozy apartment. We very like wonderful view to the Gregory lake. Easy check-in and helpful staff. We stayed there just 1 night, but we would like to stay longer. Highly recommended!

Ideal if you looked for Food and Beverage outlets of your choice in the area prior to arrival since little options available in the hotel. Rooms are cleaner and comfortable. Blanket in the room provide warmth as no heaters in the room. Fire Place in the common area is really nice in the late evenings. Overall : value for money.

Reviewed By Shiham0701We stayed at Kingsford Residences for 2 nights from 20th November to 22nd November. The most amazing 2 nights of our trip to Sri Lanka. During our stay power went out couple of times from the whole area, but wasn't an issue because everytime "Supun" who was taking care of the place had it solved for us. He was very helpful.. On behalf of my family and myself I would like to say a huge thanks to Supun for been so attentive to all our needs. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well maintained. If ever we are back in Nuwara Eliya we will be staying at Kingsford Residences. Highly recommended place.

City Apartment conveniently located 10 minutes walk to heart of the city of Nuwara Eliya. City Apartment which is a home away home for the travelers who are looking for comfortable stay with value for their money. since the city center is at your door step, guests do not have to spent a penny for transportation where everything in walking distance such as bus station, super markets, restaurants and famous attractions places etc. Each rooms comes with a private bathrooms with a hot shower facilities and free toiletries. free wi-fi access in the house. the open modern kitchen with equipped all necessary equipment. the property includes a lobby,small dining area, with two balconies view with highest mountain of sri lanka.

Reviewed By dcw123456We were disappointed with this booking. In the photos it looks like a nice apartment that you would want to stay in. The apartment we received was run down, some broken furniture, rubbish on the deck, mold on the curtains, lots of flies and smelt unpleasant. We went back to look at the booking pictures which looked nothing like the apartment we were in, I can only guess they have several apartments and we were in a different one located on the side of the building. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes as we didnt want to sleep there, on a positive note our money was refunded.

Reviewed By Woody992We had a relaxed stay here, thanks to the friendly staff spacious and clean rooms. There is a separate common TV room and dining area. All the furniture and the look inside goes back many years. We had a cooked meal while our stay and it was delicious. There is plenty of lawn area outside for kids to have fun. The view from here is very nice too.
