I'd return. The room is spacious and the balcony facing the street is a great place to relax. Very clean, good water pressure, comfortable bed and decent a.c., once you learn to insert your room key in the socket close to the balcony! The food choices within a one minute walk are varied and excellent. We loved both the Taj Mahal nearly across the street and the Atmo, directly behind the corner. All in all, other than the lack of a pool or an elevator, this place was absolutely fine.

Capitol Residence is a well-appointed mix-use building that blends a combination of residential, hotel, commercial, and offices, where these functions are physically and functionally integrated. Capitol offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom serviced apartments available for both short-term and long-term stays, providing all the hotel-like amenities but with the space, comfort, and privacy of home.
This place always feels like home. Spacious room with lots of light, good location, staff are friendly, sometimes i get on the house coffee and great breakfast. Having the restaurant at the rooftop is also a plus, good view of Mekong River. :) That's why i keep on coming back!

As good as new hotel. Opened 2 months ago. Friendly english speaking at reception. Easy check in. Elevator working ok. Who needed door key card to run. We had a suite room, with big bed , bacony, aircon, TV and small kitchen. With fridge and macro owen. The aircon in the middle of the roof, was working very good. To good, it was not possible to adjust the fan,so the airstream was extremely hard and made high noise. As I see it, The unit was over sized. It was unpleasant to be in the room with the aircon running. It was normal for all the rooms the staff told me. Because of the aircon problem, I would not stay there again. (unless they can fix it.)

Location is excellent right next to the riverside/ beach in Don Det. There are hammocks where you can leisurely read your book and drink a refreshingly cold beer. Get a river facing bungalow to enjoy the sunset by night. Close to all shops / bars/ restaurants. Cheap accommodation complete with mosquito net and a fan (no air con) Would stay again.

2017年1月15日に1泊しました。 部屋はちいさいですが、コンドミニアム式で、安価な割には、快適です。 隣接するレストランにて、ラオ・麺が食べれます。

I've stayed here a couple times now, most recently in the midst of a family road trip during the New Years. The hotel is down a small road from the main road but it is only a short walk from convenience stores and restaurants. Parking can get a little cramped as there is only a small area up front for vehicles. The hotel is definitely an old and very modest establishment but the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom though can get a bit cramped and my bath tub wasn't thoroughly cleaned out when I checked in. There is a TV in the room but the signal for some channels wasn't all that great. There is free WiFi but there was an issue with signal range due to a problem with the router but I was fortunate my room had no problems. Service is good from the little front desk area but I didn't take breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of options in the city. I was only there for 2 nights so overall it was a decent budget hotel for my short stay.
