Beleura House and Garden is a heritage listed Italianate Classic Villa and gardens and includes a recital centre with an annual program of performances and concerts by some of Australia's finest musicians. Beleura is one of the finest and oldest homes on the Mornington Peninsula. It was the home of composer John Tallis and houses a personal collection of art, artefacts, cars and household memorabilia. The Mornington Botanical Rose Garden is situated in Civic Reserve on the corner of Dunns and Mornington-Tyabb Road, Mornington and is nestled between the Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery and the community based Oakhill Gallery. The garden has over 4000 roses planted in 86 beds and is surrounded by a border of native Australian trees and shrubs.
