I had lunch with friends today, which was really good quality and presentation. Sorry, I did not take a pic, but can highly recommend the barramundi with chips. On person had a vegie burger which also was quite good. Great coffee too

Easy access and in a relatively quiet area. Large, clean rooms with plenty of storage areas if you need them. Restaurant was still in pandemic mode, so understandably restricted dining. Looks the goods, but can't review. The area is clean and close enough to make both Boat Harbour and Battery Point a nice stroll from the hotel.

I was booked in for 3 nights for work. Didn’t know what to expect, but found the care around my arrival really helpful (coming on a Sunday evening - they arranged a key from a locked box so I had after-hours access). I was in room 17 - a lovely huge upstairs room really, and disappointing only in that there was no lounge to watch TV from - just two cheap metal chairs, a desk and the very comfortable bed, but as it was torrential rain for my entire stay I wasn’t wanting to go out much, and spent one entire day working from the hotel room. The internet was fast and reliable. The room was immaculate, cleanest I’ve really ever come across in a hotel, and it’s was comfortable although the furniture felt a bit like it had come from AMart. Bathroom was great. Shower water temp was unreliable and hard to get right. Little bar fridge with complementary bottled water was appreciated. Having arrived at night I had no idea what was around me, and as it was pouring rain I didn’t feel like going out for dinner, but I wasn’t confident UberEats would find me either with the reception closed. I went without dinner. I would have appreciated some recommendations in a folder in the room - like a few good places to eat would have been great. Also places like a local gym or similar. Eventually found the Builders Club and had a decent meal there on my second night - it’s a nice club and it’s nearby! And since I was working from my room one entire day, It would have been nice to have had more than a kettle. A toaster would be great. A small microwave would have been awesome. Just something to reheat the Chinese leftovers would have been nice. I’ve noticed in other reviews that breakfast was available, but there was no info about this - I would have ordered some if I’d known. God knows, on my first night I’d have eaten anything available from a vending machine if there’d been one. At the end of the day, the staff were just lovely, the place is lovely, immaculate, and the parking and location are good. All that was really missing was a small couch and some info about where to eat. I probably will book a room here for leisure at some stage. Coming in at night from the rear carpark, you could certainly hear a baby cry, muffled conversations and TV’s through the doors of the ground floor rooms when you walked down the long hallway. I was upstairs though and the only noise was people walking past out on the street late at night. Nothing anyone could help. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others, and I’ll let work know that it’s a comfortable place to be holed-up for a few days. Just a shame the weather was bad and I didn’t get to go to the beach - or even for a walk. But I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

we enjoyed the stay. it seemed well organised. Only one thing the floor that joins all the units together is so damn noisy. we were awaken many times through the two nights by kids and others walking and running along the floors of their units. That part I could only give a 3/10 rating. We were there to enjoy a very restful time. I'm sure we affected others as we walked along our floors as well. the sound along the floors is overbearing. you don't hear anything else. It was pouring outside but it was virtually silent but the ecco along the floors was overbearing. I don't know it this will help. Also the cleaner only carried in a towel when he went into clean the unit next door. I didn't see any sprays or cleaning cloths?? in these times sanitizing when cleaning is of utmost importance. It seemed that he was just tiding up not cleaning.

We had two nights at this beautifully appointed serviced apartment and as regular short break travellers to Wollongong, we will be back. A few things we loved....everything in the huge 1 bedroom apartment is spotless, secure parking, delightful guest services lady, comfortable bed, designer furnishings, full kitchen and clearly a high quality construction new building, 12 minutes stroll to coffee on the Harbour and the best places to eat near corner of Corimal and Market Streets ( Vietnamese, Italian) and the Builders Club next door. A winner!

We lasted less than 5 minutes in our room, it had an over-powering smell and it was clearly not cleaned properly, the bedding did not look like it had been made properly or cleaned, there was what appeared to be old dried toilet paper around the window frames. The owners refused a refund, their response: "The room is not dirty , just stained handled on the door. And we have stained ceilings. We are a BUDGET accomodation, hence charges only $106.00 a night with free parking , stroll to the beach. in comparable to about $ 300 a night a block away which is the Novotel. Sorry, we will not be making full refunds, We can compromise and give you a 50% refund" There was no mention in any of their advertising that we could expect 'stains' with our room, yet they are clearly aware of it, you can see from the photo's it is not a stain on the door handle but a long term build up of grime. None of the surfaces looked wiped on the benches etc, it was clearly not cleaned in a Covid safe way. I have added only a couple of the many pictures I could add.

How disappointing, went to the harp after dinner up the street at Ciao Cucina . The staff could all learn a lesson in customer service. We were asked to leave for no valid reason . Apart from the fact the staff were all aggressive and abusive . We were happy to leave . We won’t be back . Not the hotel I went to when I grew up around the corner in market square. Good luck .

This place was a surprise, I booked it because it was cheaper than most other places as it was the school holidays. When we got there we couldn’t find it at first because there is the pub/bistro and bottle shop at the front but the motel rooms are tucked behind the main buildings and away from the road. The room was impeccably clean and recently renovated including the bathroom, with a huge comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. There were bottles of cold water in the fridge and safe parking out the front
