Langkawi is a serene archipelago of 140 islands – only a few of which are inhabited. The largest of these is the eponymous Langkawi Island, which has UNESCO World Geopark status because of its richly populated (by wildlife, that is) conservation areas. The best way to experience these ecological wonders is from high above, on the Langkawi Sky Bridge that stretches above the rainforest. Cheekily-named Pregnant Maiden freshwater lake is a great place to take a dip or play keep-away with the kleptomaniac monkeys.

Relax, revive and experience renewal in the perfect retreat for sheer indulgence. Heavenly Spa by Westin in The Westin Langkawi operates daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 am.
I have had massages in several countries but this was the best by far. Traditional one hour massage came out feeling so much better. Lovely staff.

A beautiful beach this time of year. The beach was clean, as was the water. The water felt cooler here than the northern end of the island, which is nice. Less crowded here than Pantai Cenang

given an hour to be here while island hopping is very lucky. This is third destination of island hopping package. white sand beach colors, clear, and cool sea water. I suggest you who want to do island hopping wear clothes that are suitable. because the sea water here is very cold and beautiful and you will feel a sense of loss when you do not swim there .

Unlike other black-sand beaches, this sand isn't volcanic in nature but rather is streaked black by run-off from a nearby hot spring.
Loved the folklore behind the sand. It was also very secluded and beautiful. If you walk a little bit up from the main spot, the view gets beautiful, and the sand quality gets better to. The water is also much much clearer compared to the rest of the island. Spotted a lot of crabs in the ocean.
