JahRoc Gallery has something for everyone. Fine furniture, wonderful paintings, glorious glass and beautifully crafted jewellery. I have purchased furniture from this gallery in the past and the piece I bought is one of my favourite items. Now that the intrastate restrictions are lifting I, for one, am looking forward to another visit very soon.

I booked this workshop for my wife and I, plus my daughter and her husband. We had a great time learning how to make the prints and we were surprised that some of our prints looked really good. Frank has a friendly demeanour, is very knowledgeable and also a good host. Frank (or should say his wife) baked a lovely sugar free and dairy free banana cake for us, which catered some dietary issues in our group. We also had some yummy breadsticks, which I haven't seen before in Australia, i.e. they were more like the ones we find in France and Switzerland. If you are unsure whether to do the printmaking course with Frank, I would encourage you (irrespective of age) to have a go. I don't think you will regret your decision.

An outstanding collection of our solid timber & burlwood furniture, plus art from around the region including paintings, glass works, ceramics, sculptures, wood turning, jewelry, metal work and more. Boranup Gallery is an iconic West Australian gallery crafting fine wood furniture from premium and often rare West Australian hardwoods such as jarrah, marri, karri, blackbutt and sheoak, as well as proudly supporting regional and national artists.
This gallery tends to specialise in exquisite furniture such as desks and tables but also has a large range of other crafts, paintings, sculptures and the like. There's something here to suit most tastes and wallets. The quality of the woodwork is second to none. The prices reflect the quality and workmanship. It's worth spending time looking at all offerings as there are some nicely priced smaller pieces. For example we bought a small bit gorgeous oak and jarrah box for a good price. Great quality. There's a cafe adjacent to the gallery but it's currently closed awaiting new owners. That shouldn't put you off a visit to the gallery, though.

Wow, how much fun was this. My daughter got me this as a Christmas gift and man it didn’t disappoint. Gerry was great in teaching us all the aspects of glass blowing and we made wine glasses whiskey glasses a liquor glass and baubles. Was so exciting to return next day and see our fantastic creations. Thanks so much Gerry, we had a blast and will have wonderful memories to keep ????
