Almost frogmarched here by the owners of the AirB&B where we were staying locally. Superb recommendation though. Weather was glorious with incredible views of the shimmering turquoise falls as they rush through the narrow passageways....With the imposing snow capped Osorno volcano looming menacingly behind. If you visit, make sure you take in the Senderos de los Enamorados, which adds on about 30 mins, but which is very pretty as you wander through the woodland and valley. Go early, it gets very busy, especially at weekends, and you will only have photos of other visitors rather than the stunning scenery.

This is a great and fairly easy hike up to a spectacular lookout to the hanging glacier (ventisquero). You can also continue on your own up the glacial valley. There are two nice waterfalls along the way. We were not able to get up to the base of the glacier because the river was raging through a narrow chasm. Perhaps you can when there is not so much snow and ice melt.
