Thank you for choosing our company while visiting the Turks and Caicos islands. We take pride in waiting and greeting our guest on arrival. Regardless of the purpose of your trip we can accommodate all your transport needs for all your daily activities.
Delano was absolutely phenomenal!! He was great and drove us around the island all throughout the week. On top of being a great driver he recommended many great restaurants, fishing charters, and made our vacation better than we could have imagined! I would recommend Delano to anyone and everyone!

I highly recommend a ride or two on Santo Domingo’s teleférico aerial cable car system (think inner city ski lift station). It’s a great way to get a feel for many of the city ‘s distinct barrios or neighborhoods, providing riders with a birds eye glimpse into how real Santo Dominicans live, eat, play, struggle, and thrive - all at the same time - across the country’s sprawling and crowded capital. While I don’t know the exact details, the teleféricos was reportedly built a few years ago, not as a tourist attraction, but as an adjunct to the city’s developing mass transit network, to help suburbanites with their commute into and out of the city during the crushing rush hour traffic. Indeed, most of the skyway’s immaculate and modern stations are in super close to the city’s well run metro rail subway system and to bus stations and major shopping complexes and malls. And the price is commuter friendly, at about $1US. What makes the teleférico such a draw for me? Well, think of Disney’s “It’s a Small World” ride, in which passengers pass from village to village and culture to culture getting a sense of how people from around the globe can live in harmony with one another. Except this not make believe; rather, it is very real and at times very raw. Yet the spirit of peace, unity, and harmony is every bit as present. So if you do take the teleférico, please show the locals whose lives you’re somewhat intruding upon the respect they deserve. Many apparently welcome the passers by overhead, as demonstrated by their rooftop artwork and gardens, various signs, and even a few Barbersol-style messages (for those of you old enough to remember those bits of 1950s and 60s Americana). Frankly, to date I’ve only circumnavigated with the tram, meaning I’ve only done a continuous loop, disembarking at the same station from which I embarked after going around the entire system once. (This takes about 45 minutes.) However, I intend to start getting off at the various stations in the future and to see from the ground what’s happening in these neighborhoods that seem so interesting from 100-150’ or so. There are several good websites with useful information and maps about where to hop on, hop off, and make intermodal connections with the teleférico.

The Cable Car Puerto Plata is located on the Mountain "Isabel de Torres", south of the beautiful city of Puerto Plata. At the top of the mountain, above a fortress is the statue of "Christ the Redeemer" with open arms gives the welcome to visitors. During the visit you will enjoy wonderful views of the ocean and city, as well as beautiful gardens, since the mountain has been declared a Scientific Reserve for the wide variety of animal and plant species that are found in it. And if you keep your eyes peeled, you can discover hidden caves that lead to springs and streams that flow into the mountain! While in Puerto Plata, do not miss the cable car, with its exotic natural beauty and extensive National Park.
Awesome tour, very informative, great city tour with Dan Marino and Roberto, both had a wonderful sense of humor, delightful the entire time. Would certainly recommend this tour as being a must if you are in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
