The trek in the Dolpa is an experience you’ll never forget. The trail passes through a variety of landscapes ranging from green meadows to rocky terrain that extends Tibetan plateau. The Phoksundo Lake is an incomparable beauty with its deep blue and bright green colors surrounded by steep bold rocks. Due to its remote location, Dolpa is still an off the beaten track destination. This region is suitable to trek in summer and fewer tourists will be seen during the trek. The authentic villages and Tibetan culture and tradition along Buddhism and Bonpo are very important for the people living in these villages and interwoven in everyday life. This trek is strenuous and hard with some steep climbs. The trail ascends to two high passes, Numa La (5318m) and Baga La (5190m). We’re outdoor professionals. Navigate Outdoor Nepal, organize a private rafting expedition in the Karnali River. Karnali River is Nepal’s longest and largest river and with tributaries, it drains most of the far west of Nepal. This bottom section of the river definitely lives up to that name – the area that it flows through is wild and relatively underpopulated most pristine jungle scenery, and abundant wildlife. Rapids are wild, with the river building to its climax in these lower canyons. Karnali River shortly after the sharp bend in the river the elbow by the Lohore Khola, the valley narrows into a series of canyons, the river speeds up, and there are big rapids, one leading into another, almost continuously down to the Seti River confluence. West - Seti River the gradient is 15 ft per mile but after here the gradient ease, as the river winds through some magnificent unspoiled scenery, eventually emerging onto the plains and flowing through the Royal Bardhiya National Park to join the Ganges.

Mani arranged a trek for 5 of us in our sixties, at short notice after our original trek was cancelled. The guide (Khamsum) and our three porters were excellent, helpful, and good natured even under difficult conditions. This was my 8th trek in Nepal, and was the best organised of them all. Myself and my trekking companions rate the service and value at the very top of the scale.

My wife and I did the Mulde Viewpoint trek (5 days) and we were amazed with the beautiful panoramic views of the Annapurnas. The size and scale of these massive mountains is something that needs to be Witnessed in person. We are avid travelers and this trek was one of the highlights of our travels. This trek takes you through small agricultural villages and pristine forests that immerses you in the Nepali culture and way of life. You will definitely gain a deep appreciate for the people as they are very kind friendly and hospitable. The climax of the trek was witnessing the sunrise from Mulde View point (~12,000 feet). This view point is not as well known and frequented as Poon Hill but that makes it more exclusive and desirable for those who enjoy their nature in private settings. We were lucky to have 2 great guides with us on our adventure – Tsering and Norbu. I cant say enough about these gentlemen. They were some of the best guides we encountered on our travels – very professional. They impressed us with by providing outstanding service throughout the trek and they made us feel like family. They were more than willing to go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and they anticipated our every need (which made us feel really special). We definitely plan on returning to Nepal in the future and we will be sure to book through Incredible Himalayan Sherpa Adventure.

ara Lake protected by Rara National Park which is one of smallest park of the country, where altitude range from 1,800m to 4,048 m of pristine coniferous forest, blue pine, black juniper, Himalayan spruce, oak, Himalayan cypress, and other related species.
