A very introspective and amazing place. Hazur Sahib Gurudwara is absolutely brilliant and it holds a sense of glamour and godliness. One can sit and meditate on his name for hours. Langar is available all through the day. It is a spiritual experience as you visit all the other local Gurudwaras and find out more about the 10th Guru GuruGobind Singh. It is maintained very well and has a peace and calmness that I found very addictive. a must visit to know and experience for yourself. There are many Yatri Niwas - Hostels and accomodation is also good. Food is Northern cuisine.

We started from Aurangabad early morning at 6.45am as we had to cover Aundha Nagnath Jyotirlinga and Parli Vaijnath Jyotirlinga on the same day.
We reached Aundha Nagnath Jyotirlinga at
11.30 pm .It was about 207 km which we covered in 4 and half hours. The road was not very smooth so we had to go slow. There was no rush at the temple. Very few people and small queue.
Once you enter the temple you have to go down 2ft through a small opening where the ling is . The roof of the place is very low so u need to sit or stand bending your back .
Only 5 to 6 people can fit at a time.
You can give the priest outside the temple Rs.250 to get Abhishek and pooja done. Buy you own flowers bale leaves milk dhatura and parsad etc. All is allowed inside. It advisable to pay as the ling is covered with a silver crown and only if you do the abhishek you get to touch and do the darshan of the ling as the priest will remove the crown during abhishek. Else it remains covered.
The Arti takes place at 12.30 pm for 10 to 15 min. No one is allowed in the main area during the Arti. One can see the Arti on the screen .
After darshan there is parsad in the form of lunch served from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm.The serve unlimited food for Rs.20 per plate. It was nice and divine.
We left the temple premises at 1.30 pm after lunch.
We had very nice darshan.
The temple is open all day and shuts only in the evening.
Hope the review was helpful.

In Maharashtra Three and half shakti peth are their in that Mahurgad is one Renukamata.
On hill temple are situated we should climb few steps to reach here. Now days government undertake all these so they do some maintenance and facilities. Doing Abhishek you should buy some tickets which control by government.
After finishing that Darshan you should visit Anusaya temple and Datta temple. If you want climbing fort you can do it.
At downtown you get staying and eating facilities.

If you have a few hours to spare then do visit the Fort of Kandhar.
Built over a thousand years ago by the Rashtrakutas, the Fort changed hands to the the Jain Ganga Dynasty and then the Marathas, the Moghuls, the Nizams of Hyderabad. Every Dynasty has left it's mark on the Fort. Some of Construction and Some of DESTRUCTION. Broken figures of Buddha and Mahaveera welcome you as you enter. The Canons have surprisingly not rusted much, and IF the step-well is cleaned, it could still serve it's purpose as a Rain-Water-Harvesting basin. The Ramparts are still strong and walking along the walls give us a 360 degree view of the surroundings. Don't miss this.

marathwada region is known for its dry arid conditons and rough people, yes to a certain extent I agree but its a nice place to visit but not during summers.for a southerner like me I havent seen much of agriculture in my life.so cities suburbs has plenty to offer in agriculture.its got a fantastic gurudwara..my first visit to a guridwara...the best dhabas u will find in this part of the country..even the local veg dishes was excellent.there are few decent hotels near to the airport but we stayed at our family friends farm house so in that way we could explore the countryside.nanded fort as with any forts in Maharashtra is not so clean and well preserved.so my review will be there isnt much tourist attraction in and around nanded except for the big long agricultural fields all around nanded.enjoyed staying in the farm houses lending hands with the farmers.

This waterfall is situated on the border of two districts, Nanded of Marathwada region and Yavatmal of Vidarbha region.
Infact the gush of waterfall itself divides these two regions.
It is recommended to visit this waterfall when the monsoon is in its peak.
Please note that there are no good eateries around here.
