I spent three days here...literally. Two days for a wedding reshearsal dinner and the wedding reception and one day by myself just to try some of the beers I hadn't experienced yet on my own. They were incredible hosts for the large group and the venue is beautiful. State of the art environmental and entertainment systems allowed for us to either open open the space or keep it isolated from the rest of the brewery depending on the need. Friday night they had live music and a lively crowd there to enjoy it. On the day I went on my own, I sat at the bar with several groups of locals who all helped me understand the history of the building and the area. The bar tender had great suggestions based on my tastes and the beer was top notch. For families with kids, they have craft sodas and games. It is a great place for all ages.

Traditional Wisconsin cheese factory and store. They have a large selection of cheese freshly made on site, as well as some local souvenirs. There are always samples of cheese curds available, and you can buy a bag that is still warm! Yum!
