It is located just at the mouth of the bay of Pag. The temperature of the sea is little bit warmer than sea on the south part of the island. If you really like to experience something special, go through the rocks to left side of the beach (15-20 min), and you will find lonely beach with absolutly clear water...
During II. World War close to this beach was located concentrating camp... still you can find there some remains...

We drove an hour to get here and were disappointed. The admittance charge was quite steep and the Beaches were not as good as we hoped for. Peeble Beaches and ceramic sun loungers. Hot sun and ceramic sun loungers? We can guess the results. There is an aqua park which you have to pay extra to use. At least at Pine Beach it was included.
The water was lovely and warm but not as good as we hoped for.
My advice? Go to Pine Beach at Pakostone instead. Nicer beach, better facilities and cheaper.

What a beautiful place is Lun! First we had a terrific lunch at Caffe Bar Rozmarin, at the end of the road!!
Then a lovely tour of the Olive Gardens..... thank you Daniel, for such interesting information.
The setting is divine.
Love the island of Pag!
Great swim at Mandre Beaches afterwards.

Small beach close to Pag but without crowds or loud music bars. No services available, bring your own food and drings. Very clean water, lots to see under water. Definitely must go snorchelling. Do not forget the shoes, there are several urchins here. Parking on near by road (no fee), and 127 steps to reach the beach.

This is an old church situated in the square in Pag.
The exterior is cut stone and bright and interesting. But one can't help but wonder why theses churches are so dark and cold and somber on the inside.
Pag is a truly unique landscape that is joyous, magical and memorable. One just revels in awe of the landscape and yet the church in no way reflects that
.we did not stay long needless to say as the heat of the day and the blue skies drew us right back to gods own creation outside

Found the island quite unique, full of bright barren limestone pavement. Visited Pag town and found it small but quaint. The square is similar to many of the squares I found dotted around Croatia. As usual Croatia's national pastime of car parking charging even in little insignificant places is alive and well in Pag. Min payment 10 kuna per hr. Totally unwarranted. Nice seafront at the new arch bridge 30 seconds walk from the square.

It is only 10 kuna to visit and see a part of the Croatian culture. It's not a big exhibition or something it's a chill small gallery where an old lady tries to introduce her home's culture trough the exhibited products.
Would recommend it for a visit if you are around.

This museum is nice place offering to learn how salt is being collected from the sea.
History of salt collecting is also displayed, various tools, photographs, notes and even documentaries are on display.
Visitors have the opportunity to ask everything they wanted to know regarding salt, staff is very friendly and polite.
There's also a chance to buy souvenirs, go for the salt flower.
In the end you'll be reminded how salt was similar to gold not so long ago, maybe it'll make you think how today we're taking salt for granted.
Don't forget to donate small amount of money on exit, they need every help they can get.
