We've been coming to Crosslake for 35+ years and this is one of our favorite things to do! They also have a great selection of Crosslake gear and home decor. We have always chosen to play when the weather is colder or rainy to avoid the enormous crowds on fair weather days

Designed by Arnold Palmer and ranked as one of the top ten new public courses by Golf Magazine.
tough layout, if possible you should play twice - once to gape in awe at the layout and beauty of the course, once to try to keep the ball in the fairways.

We had a lovely evening for a cruise of Pelican Lake. It's almost always cooler on the open water in the evening, so I would bring along a jacket. The downstairs is enclosed, the upper deck is open air. The view is great from any of the seats upstairs which is where we sat. There is a full bar on the lower deck. The narrator did a nice job of telling you facts about the lake.

Our 2 grandsons love this place. I love the passion of the people working here, they really enjoy their hobby. It's fun to have something like this in Crosslake. It is a great thing to do on a rainy day!

A wonderful hiking experience up in the North Country, Minnesota. The original Fire Tower in Pequot Lakes is open to the public to climb up and see one of the most incredible views ever. It is a beautiful outing to take especially at sunrise or sunset for a spectacular view of the northern lakes area. Pack a lunch, there are benches and tables to stop and take a break while walking the trails up to the Fire Tower itself.

Pray for warmer weather as this "come as you are" worship has outdoor seating on the lawn- lawn chairs provided or bring a blanket to sit on- or you can stay parked in your car and listen to the service on the radio, if you choose. You can bring your cats or dogs (They actually keep track of them in attendance). This unique worship experience, with the surrounding pine trees, gentle breezes and laid back casual atmosphere, is a fantastic way to start your week spiritually. The music is upbeat and inspiring. They have a children's message and activities for kids to do when the sermon is being given. Memorial weekend, there is a special service to honor veterans, color guard are present, taps played and weather permitting they have an amazing fly over to honor our veteran's. There are some Sunday's that they have special activities going on like free ice cream on Grandchildrens Sunday-July 16th. This is a fun and unique way to worship. Everyone is welcomed and donuts, coffee and lemonade are served during "people time".

14 Lakes recently opened in the cross Lakes area, and we were fortunate enough to check it out early. We ordered a flight of 4, and well I found many of the bruise under developed I'm sure things will work out over time. They've got a great location for the summer with visitors to the lake country. Their parking lots a little small given the size of the venue leaving you to park out on the street. Service was good and friendly and the space is dog friendly. We visited at night although the space is modern they kind of have a weird blue light to the brewery area.
At Wind, Water & Wheels we assemble our own locally made Crow Wing kayaks. We sell and rent them to groups and individuals. We provide shuttle services to the Pine river and area lakes. We are the Brainerd Lakes dealer for Paddle North bamboo paddle boards. We also rent stand up paddle boards, bikes and floating foam pads.
