Lost in the deep woods sheltering the Manatawny and Ironstone Creeks is a mythical secret valley. Though today only white-tailed deer, great blue heron, and bald eagles know the beauty of this legendary land, it was once the province of pioneers and patriots. Their stories can be heard in the soft winds whispering through the tall trees and towering trestles of the Colebrookdale Railroad - a magical, forgotten railway to the heart of this Secret Valley. The "Secret Valley Line" is your ticket to a place and time when iron rails connected a divided people and the heart of the nation pulsed with the potent energy of the steam locomotive. Completed by soldiers home from the Civil War just four months after the Transcontinental Railroad united the East and West, the Colebrookdale is a record of epic engineering and heroic human drama. Eight-point-six miles long and a century-and-a-half back in time, the Secret Valley Line beckons you to experience for yourself the unexpected treasures of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Recently visited this museum during a staycation. I wasn't real thrilled about going at first. But, my husband likes to look at old cars and he always does everything I want so I thought it only fair to do something that he wanted to do. I was very pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed it. There was a lot of history there and it was cool to see how cars have changed so drastically over the years. It is not a huge museum and if you don't read everything, you could probably be in and out in under an hour. We were actually there for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We read most of the info on the cars and really enjoyed ourselves. It wasn't crowded so we were able to take our time and linger. On the day that we were there, the Jeremiah Sweinhart Carriage Factory was open to view. This is the place where the horse drawn carriages were made. (It's on the 2nd floor of the museum.) There were some carriages from the 1800's there and that was the most fascinating part to me. The cost of entry was $10 ($9 if you have AAA). The museum was extremely clean and laid out very nicely. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it was really nice. There is ample parking across the street and it is fairly easy to get to. I'd highly recommend visiting this museum especially if you like to look at cars and the history of cars. I would definitely go back to visit again.

Great place to come expand your train collection/other hobby interest. Great owner & employees. We have gone there for years at their different locations. Stop by and take a look around. Keep in mind hobbies aren’t cheap:)
You are trapped inside the theatre. Your only way out is to find the key that will unlock the front doors. You will have one hour to find the key. If you are unsuccessful, you will be locked inside the theatre and forced to watch Groundhog Day over and over and over again, forever.
