This was opened on October 29 2015 with a refurbishment of Eastland. The previous libary was puled down. It has a cafeteria and Maroondah City Council offices on the ground floor and library on the first floor. On the second floor are workshops and maybe after corona is finished a walk way to the new Maroondah Council offices. Half the computers are closed due to corona but their is still usually plenty. The library is not closed between 1-00Pm and 2-00Pm now for cleaning and there is no one there to make sure you sign in as before you needed to be signed in if no mobile. The first library in Warrandyte Road is now Vic Roads offices

I take my little granddaughter to this play area, and she has a ball on all the play equipment, and she loves feeding the birds and ducks

What a wonderful part of history. I passed it for years and never really looked at it. It is beautiful. Spend a bit of time in the gorgeous garden.

I like to shop around at Eastland shopping centre, it's not as crowded as Chadstone or Doncaster Westfield but there're a lot of different shops including many brands of fashion shops in Chadstone and Doncaster, it's more spacious so more comfortable to browse around. The Ringwood Train Station just across the road and there're a few bus routes including 901 so it's easy to catch the public transport, worth to visit, last year I took the visitors from Sydney to there and they liked it and purchased some clothing there. There're parking but I only take the public transport.

Fantastic, council owned and managed facility. I have recently joined and today went to a gym orientation with Amy. I was also introduced to the latest exercise equipment and funky features to maintain motivation. I also met with Simon and Lian in the membership team who were really helpful and dealt with the processing of my membership in a timely manner. Afterwards, I went and enjoyed a late lunch at Plunge Cafe. I was constantly on my phone and took a while to place my order and the team were really flexible and understanding. I enjoyed a heated frittata with relish and small garden salad. I feel comfortable and included and all the team seem very approachable and helpful.
