Hampton & Kempton Waterworks Railway, sometimes known as the 'secret railway', is the only operational 1915 heritage steam narrow-gauge railway ‘loop’ within the M25. The railway has a fascinating heritage story to tell of supplying clean drinking water to London in the early 1900s and is set against the backdrop of the magnificent Kempton Steam Museum, housing the world’s largest 1,000-ton pumping engine. With plenty of parking, countryside picnic tables and play area with a children's static train, it's a great day out for families, friends, and enthusiasts of steam. Check our websites for details of our exciting events programme from March to November Sundays only. Railway diesel locomotive operating until May/June.

This was a wonderful discovery. There is extensive green space, surrounding attractive lakes. There are open spaces and secluded corners; there is some contouring. You can walk, run, sit, play. There is a small information centre (closed when we were there), and what may be a weekend petting zoo. Hounslow Council maintain it quite beautifully. Highly recommended.

A short hop from central London by tube, Osterley is one of the last surviving country estates in London. Explore the House as it would have looked in the late 17th century, as well as the surrounding formal Gardens (including children's playtrail) and parkland. The House and Gardens are open 11am - 4pm, with the park open 7am-7pm. Don't miss the Stables Café, well-stocked National Trust Shop, and second-hand bookshop.
Fantastic trip, beautiful formal gardens to walk around. Didnt have to book for the carpark and they said they could squeeze us in without a prebooking for the formal gardens. Beautiful woodland walk and formal flower gardens to wonder around. They said house should be open next month! We'll be back to check it out.

My friend and I have been visiting this farm for coming up a year with our little ones- the staff are great with kids, the interactions with animals are closely supervised and the events organised are great for families. I have recommended this farm to so many people who have then enjoyed visiting themselves.

Children indoor soft play centre offering an array of fun activities for young children. We cater to ages 0 to 10years and our latest attraction is Jungle Laser ideal for 5yrs to 12yrs. We have soft play frame and a 5 star rated cafe serving hot & cold food & drink.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. I’ve had one issue where another child was abusive to mine and the staff helped ensure that the older child played nicely amongst the other children, which is very important as I have two children and cannot always keep an eye on both when they’re running around. I do wish it was a little cheaper but in comparison to other softplay centres jungle VIP is still cheap and definitely worth the money. The events during half time are great too and the kids love the parties. Seriously missing jungle VIP vibe. Can’t wait for you guys to open again!!!!

I almost let some of these reviews put me off visiting Hounslow Heath for the first time, but I’m so glad I didn’t! Even in early November there’s so much to see. Bright red fruit on hawthorn, blackberries still with a few blossoms, a lovely old oak tree and Sussex cattle grazing in their own field. The council and the volunteers are doing a great job of looking after this historic remnant of what was once a vast heathland. I will be visiting again in the future as I want to see it throughout the seasons.

We are a 36 lane bowling centre with a licensed bar, arcade area, pool tables, over 18 £500 jackpot room and a Barcelos restaurant. We cater for all ages and group sizes, from simply just bowling, team building events, corporate events, birthday parties, family fun and moonlight bowling! We have great special offers which are constantly updated to keep things fresh, although our regular favourites for Night Raiders and Dawn Raiders are always available.
We’re just back from a kids party as guests at Airport Bowl Heathrow and I must say the attention to details from the young lady who greeted us and took care of the whole party made it very enjoyable. Please send our thanks to Dheeya, she’s a little gem. I found the arcade a bit pricey, they do have a good selection of fun games but I couldn’t spend the whole afternoon there ????????????. Bowling was fun, it was busy but we had two lanes for our group and Dheeya made sure every late guest got added straight away to the screen and their food requirements noted so all the children had food at the same time.(typical kids options like nuggets/pizza/fish fingers etc) Very good service, the birthday boy got a Pin signed by all his friends which I thought was a really cute touch from Airport Bowl ????. I’d def recommend it and go again.
