Northwoods Escape Room is a must see experience for anyone living or visiting in all of the great Northwoods. We are conveniently located in Eagle River WI, Our unique games are designed with the area's history in mind, ...1920's gangsters moonshine shack, creepy taxidermy room, and what tourist town doesn't have a candy store (Grandpa's candy shop room)... There’s no easy way out; use your brains and get out in 60 minutes!
Three senior ladies and a 12-year old recently discovered the fun of escape rooms and we loved this one! We tried Grandpa's Candy Shop and, while we didn't solve it, we had fun working together trying to figure out the clues. The lady who runs it was so very nice and gave us as many clues as we asked for. At the end she showed us the solutions that we hadn't figured out. This is a one hour activity and while we did it on a nice fall afternoon it would be great if you're in lake country on a rainy day. Visitors and residents should all give it a try!

Horseback riding was fabulous. Parents, grandparents and grandkids enjoyed this. Horses were easy to ride and trail guide and staff very helpful. Right next door are go carts (three different tracks) bumper boats and mini golf. All well maintained and fun. THere is a young children's section that was good - although the battery driven tractors ran very slow. Carnival fair food as well. Appreciated that the rides were $5 per person. Seemed verry fair. Rides were not short. A good family experience

The people working there are great. We were not allowed to got out our first morning there due to weather and they couldn’t be more apologetic and accommodating. As soon as there was enough snow, they contacted us and got the snowmobiles ready. Some other renters weren’t as understanding, but Track Side did the right thing by holding off to ensure safety and operability of the snowmobiles. Overall, a great experience and I plan to make this an annual trip and only use Track Side

This candy shop is so great. They make the candy in house. They have the best fudge. They also have the baskets of out of house candy where you pick and chose what flavors of salt water taffy you want. If you want you can mix in some other types of candy as well. They also offer chocolates. It is a little pricey but you get great quality.
