Glen St Theatre

We were part of a group of 37 from the Rotary Club of St Ives who enjoyed a great evening of humour, dance, acrobatics, tap and music at Spiegeleque a burlesque show. The performers are energetic and the costumes and lighting are imaginative. Lots of laughs and all round entertainment. Well worth a visit.

The Gin Making class led by Tom was great fun, very well run, and great value. A gin upon arrival provided as part of the class and then during the class another Gin Cocktail and food platter were all complimentary part of the class. All this as well as a well structured class, excellent access to everything you need to make, enhance and personalise your very own Gin and a knowledgeable instructor that helped us make and bottle our own 700ml bottles of GIN to take home.

Nomad Brewing Co

A great rotating range of taps, with some decent core beers and some nice one-off kegs, and a variety of cans in the fridge. Friendly staff, nice relaxing beer garden with lots of room indoor and outdoor areas. I've been there twice now and the food carts have been delicious. The most recent one was a smoked BBQ meat cart, ridiculously good. It's pretty easy to reach from the city centre, the B1 bus stops only 5 or 10 minutes walk from Warringah Mall. It would also be a great pre or post-match place to hang out for Brookvale Oval football games.
