Rajesh's shop is by far the best bespoke clothes shop in India. Excellent materials, friendly people, and perfect workmanship. My friend had a Kurta made perfectly, and jt was ready on the very same day. Highly recommended stop in Khajuraho!

Babu, the owner of this company was in touch with us from beginning to end. His response was prompt and professional, above all his behaviour was extremely polite and courteous. The rates quoted by him were honest and fair leaving no room for dissatisfaction. For 3 days he provided us impeccable service for long distance, within city and safari in Panna Tiger reserve. Honestly he has provided one of the finest service we have received accross the country far exceeding our expectations. We wish him all the success in his endeavour.

I was there on a Monday and unfortunately the museum was closed. Luckily I saw a gardener and requested him to open the gate to the garden. They allowed me inside , I was even able to see the collection inside the museum, which is beautifully arranged. Was able to pickup some authentic souvenirs from the shop too. Overall was delighted by the helpfulness of the staff. Kudos to them!!

The Archaeological Museum in Khajuraho is in two parts. The older museum is located near the hotel Headquarter Khajuraho opposite the ShivSagar Lake, This is being gradually emptied and the artifacts are being shifted to a newly constructed swanky building near the Circuit House. We visited both the museums during our recent trip to Khajuraho. This new museum is just the place from where one should start one's Khajuraho Tour. The ticket to visit the Archaeological Museum is the same which is used to visit the Western Group of Temples. No one will tell you about this, as there are very few visitors to the museums. With constant excavation being carried out in and around Khajuraho by the Archaeological Survey of India, it is logical the have museums to showcase their finds. The old museum has 5 major galleries, namely the Vaishnav, Shaivait, Jaina, Miscellaneous and one more. The new museum presently has only one gallery, which is beautifully laid out and extremely well labelled. The museum is to have a total of six galleries, but work is moving at extremely slow pace, due to the shortage of funds. We visited these museums on our last day in Khajuraho. Frankly it is recommended that one should visit the new museum first in order to gain a better understanding of what will be visible in the temples. Most of the guides make up stories which give one a different picture of Khajuraho, at least ours did. The museum would clear all misconceptions in advance and equip a visitor with adequate knowledge prior to seeing the temples..

Heard from a lot of the locals in Khajuraho that this is the best massage place in town, they were not wrong. Went in and ended up getting the Royal package including pretty much everything you could want. Face, body and head massage, potli massage, facial, Shirodhara hair treatment, steam bath and full body scrub. Incredibly cheap considering the amount of things I had done, and worth every penny. The owner is lovely and very accommodating, even giving my friend and I a ride back into town free of charge. Could not recommend enough

The couple from Kerala who run this center are so lovely and welcoming! I had my first Ayurvedic massage here which was a delightful way to unwind and relax after long travels in India. Having tea and talking with them was one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend!
