I love the casual vibe here. She has comfy clothing, accessories, decorative items, and cards, too. It’s not just for summer things, either. I just bought a pretty winter tunic and jacket. Good for all ages and sizes of women. I’m pretty sure it’s mostly “free trade”. You will love this locally owned store.

We have a variety of great wines, over 14 acres of beautiful vineyards, a large picnic area with outdoor games, a nature trail and a friendly staff that can't wait to see you! Come listen to music at Happy Hours on Friday nights or bring a picnic and sit outside for our Concerts in the Country Series. We love to give our guests the total winery experience in a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere. Dogs are welcome in our picnic area.
We had a great day at Layton's Chance. They are practicing safe protocols for COVID-19 and we felt very safe! We did a tasting that included 6 wines (we chose the sweet variety), cheese and crackers, and chocolate. We also tried the slushies which were amazing! We took home a few bottles of wine and will be back for sure.

A reflection of the Life, Vitality, and Nourishment that the beautiful local waters provide to it's inhabitants, Sago is a full service salon and spa with treatments created here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. A uniquely relaxing experience awaits you where the waters of the Choptank River meet the Chesapeake Bay.
I had a deep tissue massage from Sue and it was amazing! We would return next time! here for a girls night!

Opened in March 2017, the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center invites visitors to experience Tubman’s world through exhibits that are informative and emotive. Visitors have the opportunity to understand Tubman’s early years spent in the Choptank River region of Maryland along with the resistance movement of the Underground Railroad.
After visiting this museum and studying the exhibits, Harriet Tubman will no longer be just a name in a history book. I learned so much about her life and story, presented in a very understandable and enjoyable format. There were videos and also a new movie introducing Tubman and the park. The bookstore has a lot of books on Tubman -- although my favorite from when my kids were young (Follow the Drinking Gourd) was not there! The park is an excellent introduction to Tubman and the underground railroad. We then drove around on the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Byway and learned even more! We listened to the downloadable audio at each stop (or along the way) and it just made the whole story come alive.
